They printed my shipping label on December 2nd and never sent my product its still sitting there with a label waiting to be picked up. It was at first set up to deliver on December 15th now its just sitting saying delayed. There phone number is not on service. Don't waste you time ordering from this company cause you won't get it. Very poor service and abously no way to contact them . Save your money

purchased a couch from this company and received a notification saying it shipped. 10 days later (the date i was supposed to receive the couch) they tell me only the label has been created and the package still had not even been delivered to fedex. Tried reaching out multiple times in the 10 days and no on could tell me why the package had not shipped. read the reviews and cancelled/refunded my order as i couldn't afford to wait for the couch.

Warning : Do not use. Company is not a registered company in the State of California where they are doing business in. You will not get your product as promised. Walmart will NOT support you as it is a market place seller. Does anyone have their physical business address.

How does WalMart keep this scam company around?! I refused a couch that was not as described and it’s been over two weeks and still no refund. At first the email told me I should donate the couch to a friend. Now they are asking for my credit card information over an email to verify my refund went through. SCAM SCAM SCAM. Good job WalMart

My order arrive about two weeks late. I would like to return it, but the website says contact seller to return. Unfortunately, I have sent multiple requests to get return information but they have never responded. Do not buy from this seller.

I would give this a 0 star terrible customer service they sent you the wrong item and then don't refund your money when you return the wrong item.

This is a scammer seller. I ordered a swing seat with frame stand but they only deliver a swing seat without frame stand. When I reported to Walmart service the seller emailed me saying I just bought swing seat because there are option A and option B and I just choose option B. But I told them this is not the truth. Their advertisement picture shows exactly the same picture of whole swing seat with frame stand either you choose A or B. And product description and price are all the same too. The only difference when you choose A or B is one picture shows product front and the other shows product back. One day later after I emailed them they changed the same price into a price range and made the product unavailable. Then they emailed me back saying it's my order fault and I could order the frame if I need it. Fortunately I keep the screenshoot of their advertisement showing they were trying to fool customers. They even showed this was clearances so they tried not to accept returns. I reported all this to Walmart Services and they trust me and said they would give me refund anyway. What a shame of this scammer!

Never purchase from this company. When you receive your product you will have missing pieces. They vendor will require you to send pictures of the missing pieces. Thank about that... you can’t take pictures that do not exist. Very disappointed with this company

I received my product missing the bottom half of the mount needed to run on the floor. Secondly I didn't receive my remote control either so disappointed. Wal Mart did however settle this issue rather quickly. So I'm getting a replacement & we will see what happens after I finally get the right fan with the right parts.

This company is a total scam. Never order from them again!! I made a purchase through WALMART with them not knowing that I was never going to receive my package. I had the same problems as the rest of the people’s reviews. They change the address my package was getting sent to and when I tried contacting them they said they were going to changed it and told me to wait 2 more days. That’s pretty much what they’ve been telling me for the past two weeks. Total BS. Since I signed up for STATUS UPDATE TEXT MESSAGE I received one saying it’s been delivered and was signed by SMARTINEZ. Which was not me!!! I called FEDEX and they said there were going to investigate. I think the workers at that damn company are just waiting for us to order something so that they can send it to there family’s or they just scam people. I don’t know why WALMART is even working with them!!!

If I didn’t have to give at least one star, I wouldn’t. I ordered something on July 9th for my son’s birthday. The next day, I got an email stating it was shipped. I paid extra for faster shipping because it said it would be here by July 16th if I did it that way. Every couple of days I tracked the shipping and it still had a delivery date of July 16th. It was coming FedEx. When I checked it yesterday, the day before I’m suppose to get it, the delivery date said “pending”. I’ve ordered things before (different companies) and the tracking never updated, so at first I didn’t think anything of it. I got online and read reviews for this so called company Sun-Crown, and decided to call FedEx. The lady told me they do not have the item and only a shipping label was created so it’s still in Sun-Crown’s possession. I was fired up by this time. I contacted Walmart, since that’s where I ordered it from (Sun -Crown is a third party vendor for Walmart). I told them what was going on. They checked into it, tried calling the number that’s on Sun-Crown’s page and it’s disconnected. They sent an email to them and told me I’d have to wait for a reply from Sun-Crown. I didn’t have time to wait for a reply and decided to get a refund and I ordered something else that was able to be picked up in store that day. As shocked as I was, Sun-Crown replied to the email last night and apologized then asked me if I’d mind waiting a little bit longer for my item to be shipped. I replied and told them I’m not waiting, that I got a refund and ordered something else. I added a few more things about how I read reviews and none of them are good. They actually replied to that email and apologized again and said my order was canceled and they hope I order from them again in the future. Not going to happen!! My advice is to check to see if your item is coming from a third party vendor and Google reviews on that company before you purchase.

The company will not respond to my numerous emails and calls to receive a return of a violin I purchased from Walmart.

I placed a order on walmart.com for a play tent for my daughter on May 9 with a delivery date of May 21. It's May 31 and still no tent. I emailed suncrown to find out where my items was to be told that it's was coming with no update of when I would receive it. And they would not refund my money. I could be waiting to this time next year. They can keep my money and not give me a date of when my item would be shipped to me. If you shop on Walmart or Amazon please check and see who the sell is and of it suncrown please do not buy. They will keep your money and you will not get your item. I give zero 00000 stars for this company

Pure garbage

0 stars ZERO! I ordered 45 days ago and it's still not here. They don't update the tracking, they did answer my email and say they couldn't cancel my order and refund me because it's on its way already. But on its way where? And now 2 weeks later, 45 days after ordered? Nothing, no updates, no tracking to follow. I really dis like this company.

Horrible. 3 different emails telling me to keep wAiting and product is in the way but they don’t even know where it is. Walmart has been amazing in trying to help but so far nothing. Will never buy from them again!!

An update to my post from May 4, 2020: I received an email from Walmart today that the package was delivered. I checked FedEx tracking and the item was indeed delivered to the address in the next town (NOT my address). So the seller’s claim that they were recalling the package due to being slightly damaged during transit is a BIG LIE! They very likely lied to get Walmart and I off their back about this order. I’ve called Walmart again and made a complaint about this company. I asked Walmart to investigate the legitimacy of this business as I truly believe they are cheating customers.

Would rate this company a ZERO. Had the same issue as Jen and CW where my package was to be delivered to another town about an hour away. I had been tracking the package and noticed that the destination city was incorrect. I contacted FedEx courier who confirmed that the name and address of the package destination was NOT me! so I contacted the seller but there was no response from seller so I contacted Walmart who called FedEx and directed FedEx to hold the package and not deliver it (unless it was delivered to my address). Walmart also sent the seller a message on my behalf. The seller did eventually respond and said it was a postal courier issue and apologized for the error in logistics. The seller offered a refund and asked if I had any ideas on how to proceed. I replied and requested the seller to correct the delivery address. I did call Walmart back and they reconfirmed that FedEx was holding the package and resent a message to the seller again on my behalf. Walmart customer service was great; they offered an instant full refund each time I called but since I wanted the package, I decided to wait and see if something could be worked out with the seller. That was a Friday so I didn’t hear back from the seller until Monday. Monday was when the package was supposed to be delivered. The seller sent me a reply with a photo of a post it note written “Sorry.” Then later Monday morning, I got a message from seller that the package was slightly damaged so they are recalling the package and it is being returned to them. Really!? what a bunch of BS!! I guess the seller figured that Walmart/FedEx was not allowing the package to be delivered to the other address (unless it was mine) so the seller recalled the package instead. I called Walmart customer service and was able to get my instant refund since the package would never have reached me anyways. Thank you for the wonderful service Walmart. Everything about this seller Sun-Crown & W is fishy- I really think they are trying to CHEAT customers. The price of the item was really good so the low price was a bait. Then they have a “logistics mix-up” and have the package set to deliver to the “next” town. Since this has happened to 2 other customers recently, it makes me wonder if this is even a legitimate business. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER. THIS SELLER IS TRYING TO CHEAT CUSTOMERS!

They said that they shipped my item but it never showed it being shipped. Never got it. Walmart needs to stop using them from the looks of all the reviews!

Terrible customer service, I tried to return/refund an item that broker shortly after receiving it. Walmart didn't want to refund/return because they said it was the seller's responsibility. The seller would not respond, and when he did I sent pictures as requested, but no response. I will never buy from them again.

I ordered this item Lowestbest Double Door Bathroom Wall Cabinet, Multipurpose Kitchen Medicine Storage Organizer, Grey on 2/17/2021 it is now 3/15/2021 and still have not received. They claim its been shipped but looks like they only created a shipping label but never shipped the item.
