I placed an order thru walmart.com form this company. I ordered a luminated world globe . They sent me a product designed for european outlets. I sent a email requesting a return label so I could one with American plugs. I was told it had to be investigated, researched and finally I was offered a 5 dollar refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE ONLY GOING TO TAKE YOUR MONEY. I order from Walmart all the time and this company should be removed from the list of Walmart market place vendors.

I would rather give no stars at all this company my wife wanted some Christmas runners for our dinning room table and place mats ordered two sets they send her the runners with no placemats in both sets ONLY the Runners NO placemats at all....still waiting but I know Im wasting my time Walmart needs to remove you from selling on their online store this is not professional at all and seems you do nothing but mislead people I will make sure I never buy anything from your establishment ever!

I ordered multiple of the same Stoneway item for my office. The description on the website is NOT what I got. When I contacted them, they said there were options on the site and I had selected the item i had received. There were NO options when I placed the order. They offered a $42 refund on a $150+ order. I asked for a full refund and an address to return the items(unopened) to. They stated that I would have to pay for shipping on the returned Items. I responded letting them know that I was fine with that and again asked for a full refund and the address to return the products to. I have not heard back from them; extremely unprofessional. I will NEVER order or purchase Stoneway products again. I would rate less than 1 star if it were possible.

Ordered a hearing device that does not work. No sound comes out of the device. There return email Thank you for your email. So sorry that without photos or a video, we can not confirm the problem to help you. We are sorry that our products do not meet your needs. Now will a photo or video confirm there is no sound coming out of the device. They offered a $6.00 refund and keep the device. Why would i keep a device that does not work. Because Walmart will not help anyone having issues with Stoneway we ( my whole family) will never order from Walmart again.

I order a globe to use for home schooling. Photo on Walmart's website shows it as a "normal globe". Upon receipt of this item it is a useless miniature globe. Too small to visualize anything!!!!!!!!!! Perhaps if I were home schooling Barbie it could be used. Walmart online is great but this seller must go!!!!!!!!!! ZERO STARS

Ordered an electronic item from them through Walmart. Received an email from them telling me that the item would be delivered on the 22nd. Received a second email stating the item was to be delivered between the 18th and the 22nd. Received a response to entering the FedEx tracking number which stated the item had been delivered on the 15th. On the 26th I contacted them reference the item. Their response was that the item had been delivered on the 15th and here is your tracking number. It would have been a physical impossibility for them to process an order in California and have it on my door step 2 days later without paying the fees for overnight shipping (which wasn’t an option). Still haven’t received a resolution to this issue. Next time I’ll go with Target.

Electric products sold in the US should have US plugs, not European ones. The product is completely unusable. Their return policy might as well be non-existent. Buyer pays the shipping, and the refund takes off a 20% restocking fee.

Too bad we don't have a ZERO stars option. I ordered an $88.63 item that they had the wrong measurements on. I wanted to return it, but they only offered $10....are you effing serious!! They don't list their address. I can't believe Walmart.com is backing this horrid company!! Lesson learned.

I ordered a microfiber duster dust brush for $8.69. I ordered on October 14, 2020 and it arrived October 19, 2020. The picture on the Walmart website is deceiving from the brush that I received. It looks like a toy and it is a piece of crap. I found their full address and phone number online. I also see their "return" policy and if they agree to a refund they will only give you a miniscule amount plus they will keep 20% restocking fee, and the customer has to pay the return shipping fee. Never received my order from Stoneway as promised. Been waiting all day with installers. The order was placed on 9/3, and FedEx delivery was tracked & promised on 9/17 but never arrived. Been calling and the company phone has a continuous busy signal and couldn't get through. Sent an email and waiting on a response.

Scam!!! Please don’t waste you time nor money! I bought what o thought as a planter and when I received it is soooo tiny a plant won’t fit in it. Tried to return there’s no return option like normally on walmart.com app. Not even a 1 but have to put something. I can’t believe Walmart is backing this company.I can’t believe Walmart is back in this company.

Ordered a boat cover that arrived within 7 business days no problem and with free shipping as well......hummmm BUT upon opening it, it arrived in NO type of packaging, box or much less any kind of product details or instructions. No tags to confirm size received and it didn't fit our boat. When I contacted them for a return I too was told that the process was cumbersome and would I take $US7 (excuse me??) when I responded back that I wouldn't and would take it further they increased their offer of refunding $14. Totally ignoring the fact that the product was sent appearing like a stolen or thrift shop purchase. We paid $49 for it. Will share this story to many corporations as I lead customer service training to gain and increase profits. Walmart would be strongly encouraged to discontinue business with this third party vendor (crook/scammer) disgusting!!!

I will not buy anything from this company because: 1. It is a China based company (warehouse in California) and returns appear to be impossible judging by the reviews. 2. If I’m purchasing a third party item from Walmart.com I make sure it can be returned to a Wal-Mart store. Very easy returns and Wal-Mart ships them, if needed, from the store.

This product I ordered was a pillow advertised as 59 inches wide. The one I received is 39 inches wide. I tried contacting the seller (Stoneway) to inform them of their false advertising and request the correct product. After submitting my complaint, Walmart said the seller would get back to me within 48 hours. Here is the actual response I received from Stoneway: "Dear all Thanks for your letter We do not need it. Have a good day! Best regards." Looking back at the product description, I found that this pillow is made with materials that could potential cause cancer or reproductive harm, and there is a warning about this, though it is small and I did not notice it until after I purchased the product. I will be returning the product today and will be not be purchasing this item again. I am disappointed that Walmart still has this product on their website. I am not the first customer to report this misleading advertising. Thank you for reading, and I hope this review is helpful and produces change.

Stoneway is the worst company ever!!! I will be contacting the BBB on them! I ordered something from them on the 5th. No tracking is available and when I called fed ex they said the company hasn’t even sent the package. So I tried to get a refund and they are refusing saying it’s sent, yet fed ex is saying differently. Thes people are crooks! I wish I could give them negative 10 stars! I will not be ordering from Walmart again until they sever ties with this company!

I ordered a multifunction sander/grinder and didn't receive all the items it showed. Didn't receive power cord so I cannot even turn it on. Tried to contact them and keep getting busy signal. Big waste of money. Very disappointed.

Horrible! Ordered a baby play yard, did not feel comfortable putting my child in there. It was cheap, flimsy & complete garbage. When I asked for a refund they offered me 15% of what I paid & they'd keep the other 85%... wtf is that bs!?!? Plus they want photos & video documenting why you don't like their product... I am not sending any kind of photo or video to a stranger... creepy & dangerous. Do NOT order a product from them! They sell overpriced garbage & rip you off! Deserves 0 stars!

Horrible company I hope walmart drops them as a seller soon. Ordered a mirror for my mother for Christmas. First they shipped it in an envelope so was surprised the mirror part showed up in tact. Nothing else worked on it. Lighting or suction as the mirror was to suction to a mirror or another smooth surface. Tried to get a return label. Their last email was how bothersome and expensive a return is how about you keep the mirror and we give you 5$. ( Mirror was 20$ after the tax). Yeah I think not. Walmart stated they will be issuing my refund and I can pitch the mirror if I choose. Will see if something shows up. Buyer beware! When you order from Walmart it's not always coming from Walmart!.

I ordered a desk because in the pictureit showed a monitor, computer keyboard and tablet with quite a bit of extra room in the picture. But it ended up being the size for a little kid. Picture was deceiving. I wanted to return but they only offered me $7.00 credit. Ridiculous.

I am just adding to the disgusted customers on this site. I ordered some cushions for my breakfast nook. It did not fit. I tried to return at Walmart and they siad it had to be returned through the the vendor. They have given me the same run around as the previous posters. Offered $13 for a $80 purchase because it is very difficult to return. I am still trying and will get Walmart involved again. I feel if I bug customer service enough that they will get off their A$$es and do something.

I recently purchased a rolling rack from this company. The item was not as described. It stated that it was heavy duty. The item came and we attempted to assemble it and it has plastic ends very very poor quality. And the company is difficult to contact and I am hoping the return will be easier. Very unhappy

My 5 year old placed an order on my phone without my knowledge the toy total was $143.63. I went to Wal-Mart expecting them to handle the return and was given Stoneway instruction. I contacted them and they said they would send shipping label Within 24 hours to email. I never received it... Called back the Rep said they did send and they will refund half to keep the toy. I told them no I want the shipping label and my full refund. They stated the would speak to manager about resending. 24 hours later instill don't have shipping label. I will never ever deal with 3rd party markets. Very Today with walmart about not standing behind the customer to assist with the issue. Thus merchant scam need to be removed and I will report them to the Head of Walmart Admin and BBB.

Do not order anything from this company.. through Walmart online.!!!! I ordered an over the toilet shelving unit which when delivered was damaged and so were the pieces inside, and no assembly instruction manual was included. The price of the item was $107.28... I boxed it up requested a return label to this date i have not rec'd it. I have 14 conversations with employees of Stoneway to no avail...They told me to keep the unit and for compensation they would refund me $30 on an $107.28 dollar item. Don't make the mistake I made avoid them at all costs. Worst customer service ever... john molisse

Its sooo difficult to return an item. I am just adding to the many disappointed customers. I ordered some cushions for my porch swing. It did not fit. Ordered a potty training seat. Was told when it would arrive. Then was told it was delayed. A month late when I still hadn't received it I canceled the order. Almost three weeks later I asked why I hadn't received credit from my order. Was told that I hadn't canceled it and it was being delivered. This company really is a horrible stain on Walmart. Can't believe they still deal with such an unscrupulous company.

Purchased a 4x5 rug and based on the pictures shown in description, it should have been a muted grassy/sage green but when it arrived, it was a bright neon green. Eight out of the nine pictures of the product do not show the correct color or texture of the rug and like other reviewers have mentioned, the seller requested pictures or videos showing why I was not satisfied and I was told they only accept exchanges if I send the product to their warehouse by paying for return shipping myself. I will be filing complaint with Walmart and BBB because they falsely represented the product and the return policy (lack of) was never mentioned prior to receiving the item. Beware because it appears the order is not actually fulfilled by Stoneway even because the shipping information lists a Guangzhou yingying Trading Co Ltd. ZERO STARS!

I agree with the 1 star reviews. The product, small sewing machine was defective. Walmart said seller had to handle. Response was, not able to accept return, contact walmart! What a runaround. Just beware and read small print return policy. Not good, Walmart. Don't carry irems you won't stand behind.

Do not buy anything from this seller on Walmart.Com. Stoneway does have a phone number to contact which I did because of an issue with an already shipped item. The representative told me that a return label would be in my email by the next day, but all I received was a request to submit a photo of the problem or issue. The item arrived, but I never opened box, so they would accuse me of using it? Composite wood coffee table that would not be able to hold up to weight. Still trying to contact them for label to return. I will be contacting Walmart to file complaint about this seller. Never will order anything again from Walmart.Com because of these marketplace sellers. If Walmart.Com cannot sell items directly, then don't bother selling at all. Would give less than 1 star if I could.
