Horrible customer service. I received a damaged product. The seller continues to argue with me saying the item is not damaged and is fine. Seller continues to repeat the same email over and over explaining how to use the product instead of listening to me that it is not working like they explained. They are now asking for pictures to verify. Dragging out the process and I'm still unable to use it. At this point I just want a refund and will never ever deal with this seller again.
