Purchased a resin storage unit. After a month I contacted store asking when I could expect my purchase to be delivered. They asked and received 72 hrs to investigate. No response till I contacted them again. Said the item was damaged and were no longer available. I was promised a refund. Not a good shopping experience . I rate them at a 1 because 0 was not an option

I ordered a 3 pack of glass Rubbermaid 4.7 Cup storage containers for $23. SRNSTORE LLC ordered a set of smaller Plastic Rubbermaid containers form AMAZON for $12.96. I contacted SRNSTORE for a return and refund of my $23. SRN wanted pictures of what I received and I sent them some pictures. SRN refused to refund and allow a return. They told me to return to Walmart. Walmart won't take it. SRN stole $11 from me. Don't do business with this company or whatever it is.
