Ordered Exercise equipment as a Christmas gift on December 8, 2020. Received notice that it had been shipped and would be delivered December 21st. When I did not receive it I reached out to the seller and it was never shipped and their response was for me to be patient. They completely ruined our Christmas. I am raising a complaint with Walmart Corporate as they need to be aware that this is a common practice for this vendor. I tried giving them Zero Stars but that was not an option.

Do not buy from this seller ...poor customer service.. my order shipped right away then next went into delayed shipping status and hasnt moved ...i had contacted them and they said couldnt cancel because it had already shipped...waited a little longer nothing has changed and they have not answered me in 48 hrs

I ordered a light projector for my granddaughter and it came in a broken box with scratches all over it, pieces broken off and no cord to plug it into to anything. I sent a message to Walmart Customer Service with my complaint and they emailed back stating they sent the message to Square Head and to expect them to reach out within 48 hours and it has been well over a week. I will never order anything from this company again and believe that Walmart should definitely take this company off of their list of partners before we stop using them altogether for our needs. I will make sure to tell all my friends and family know the kind of service they will get when they order from this disreputable company. Also, I am only giving one star because I wasn't able to submit this without marking something otherwise it would have been a big fat ZERO!!!

If I could leave "0" stars I would. This company has no customer service. I ordered a Baby Playpen on 08/03/2020 and was told I would have it btw 08/10/2020-08/14/2020. Well my card was charged for the amount and no product. I called Walmart.com who tried to contact this company on 08/14/2020 and their phone was not in service. They emailed them and gave them 24-48 hours to respond. 24 hours goes by and no response so I message them via email to see if I can get somewhere with them and no response. Its been 4 days and not even the decency to contact me. I requested a refund thru walmart which I am still waiting on. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, They just take your money and they don't deliver. They only created a shipping label and said product shipped which it never was even picked up by Fed-Ex. Totally disappointed.

Not as advertised. Made in China. Not happy. Will return them to Walmart. Did not realize that Walmart was using a third party as a supplier, as "China" not happy.

This is a scam seller and Wal-Mart needs to take this off their site. Ive been waiting 2 weeks and the package hasn't even shipped. Ive tried contacting the company and no response, now I'm waiting on walmart to give me a refund for the product.

DO NOT ORDER from this seller. I ordered a playset for my grand daughters 1st birthday everything was fine, everything in English....... EXCEPT THE LITTLE MUSIC BOX THAT TEACHES ITS ALL IN CHINESE ...... very very mad its too big to return..... and can get no response from this seller. ONE MAD MIMI

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SELLER. Walmart's customer service and I reached out to them over 4 times for a refund/cancellation because my order was not being shipped for over a month. I have yet to hear from them and I'm just taking the loss in $40 because of their lack of customer service. Don't waste your money, time and effort!

So far they are terrible, have sent emails requesting order cancelation never back from them. Wal-mart has sent them emails as well with no response.
