Terrible customer service. After reviewing other reviews I see it is how they do business. Walmart needs to drop this company and fast. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER.

Very bad services. I Oder April 8th, 2021 amd today is April 18 and package has not arrive. I order through Walmart. They had to reorder. My package is not home yet. Supposed to be at Ellenwood, GA under FedEx. Based on all this reviews, I will be lucky if I get my package or return. Will see.

I see why you have terrible ratings! You lost my item yet keep the money, and over a week later won't re-ship it with overnight delivery so I can finally have what I paid for. I will make sure to never go through VM express again. Don't use VM express. They are terrible. I should not even give it one star.

Horrible. They will send you the wrong items, but then tell you that you have to pay the shipping in order to get the corrected item. Their customer service is garbage. I thought I was buying through Walmart, but instead I was directed to another company to handle my issue. They just want to get you off the phone, and blame you for their mistakes. Never again. I learned my lesson that if it says “VMEXPRESS” don’t buy!!

Never received my shed let alone money got the assessories and now have to pay out of pocket to rebox and tape everything and hopefully will get my 1100 dollar refund! Very disappointed! I definitely won’t order from this seller again! Save your money and the headache go to Lowe’s!

Twice this company lost my items in transit. Big items meant for children. You can't imagine the hurt on these children's faces when they learned their item wasn't coming. I ordered a play kitchen in November 2020 as Christmas gift and the only update on shipping was that a label was made. I ordered a pool for the price of 349 which with shipping it ended up costing 419.42. The day after I ordered it, the price went up 300.00 and my order was lost. I called VM Express several times to get an update and all they would say is that it was in transit. I ordered on March 12, the expected delivery date was March 24. I finally called Walmart customer service and the said it was lost in transit and my only option was a refund. They set on my money all this time. I told them no I wanted the item I ordered and next thing I know, I get a message that refund was given. I am pissed

Don't buy anything from VM Express. I bought an IC4 for 649.99 on Walmart's site and it was sold by VM Express. They delivered and IC3. Called Walmart to tell them the wrong item had been delivered and they passed me on to VM EXpress. The cust. rep. at VM agreed to exchange the IC3 for the IC4 and honor the advertised, and paid, price of $649.99. I called the next day because the shipping label hadn't arrived and the cust. rep. I spoke to at that time, again, committed to honoring the $649.99 and suggested ways to expedite the exchange, which included notifying them once Fed Ex picked up the bike so they could process the exchange and send out the IC4. I called and this time another cust. rep. said they wouldn't honor what the previous 2 reps. had said and could only send me another IC3. Since this made no sense, I asked for a supervisor. The supervisor refused to honor the $649.99, admitted it was a mistake, but that it was my tough luck. This is a simple breach of contract. They offered the IC4 at $649.99, I accepted and paid consideration in the form of full payment of the stated price. Don't do business with companies who won't honor the terms of the deal. Walmart ultimately made good on the deal. A wonderful customer rep., Mary Ann, helped me and was outstanding. Now, Walmart is looking into whether they want to continue their 3rd party relationship with VM Express, since they didn't honor their commitments.

Ordered a pool through Walmart.com the pool was shipped through FEDEX, I recieved confirmation of delivery that the pool was left at my front door. My family was home so I had them check it was not there nor any where around the house or at any neighbors. Very unlikey that something that large could disappear in less than 4 minutes on a DOD / Military property? I contacted both VM and Fedex. A claim was filed with Fedex and went online today to check the status, there was no claim made on their end. VM esentially told me that if Fedex stated it was delivered it was delivered and I would not be getting my money back. I spent $818.99 on a pool that I never got. Seriously pist!!! I have contacted the Federal Trade Commission, the Attorney General in Nevada and Arizona, next to the BBB to try and get some help on this. I have contacted Walmart.com for assistance as well they stated they will assist me in the return of my money. We will see, does not look very promising at all. This company needs to be shut down for it's shady business practices.

Don't buy anything from Walmart that comes from VM Express. I bought a Schwinn IC4 for 649.00. They sent me an IC3, which usually retails for around $550-599. I called walmart to tell them I got the wrong item, they transferred me to VM Express and they agreed to exchange the bike for the IC4 and honor the $649.99 VM Express also told me that to expedite the exchange, if I called them once Fed Ex picked up the bike, they would begin processing the exchange and send me the IC4. I called to let them know Fed Ex had picked up the bike and the customer rep. said they could only send me another IC3, which makes no sense. Talked to the supervisor at VM Express and she said they couldn't honor the price. Just called walmart, talked to a supervisor, Zoe, and she did nothing. Kept me on the line for over 25 minutes and she still didn't understand my issue and said I should understand HER position. This is a simple case of breach of contract. Walmart and VM advertised the IC4 for $649.99, I paid that amount, they sent me an IC3 and refuse to send me what I ordered. Both they and walmart acknowledge that I ordered and paid for the IC4 at $649.99, but neither will honor their side of the agreement. plus, i have spent at least 2 hours of my time trying to get this sorted out, so now they owe me damages. Do yourselves a favor and stay away from Walmart and VM EXpress. They don't honor what they represent on their website and just cost you time and $$.

You may think because large company---Walmart.com---has VMExpress as a "Marketplace Vendor," you're largely "safe" in purchasing from them. You're not. On November 22nd, we spent $139.09 in an online transaction for a “refurbished” microwave purchased from Walmart.com, via their Marketplace Vendor, VM Express. We had it direct shipped to my elderly mom out-of-state. On November 24th, Mom said the item arrived packed very well, but despite being certified as refurbished from VM Express, the metal frame was visually bent, and the unit looked “banged-up.” The carousel wouldn’t turn. A pungent electrical smell emitted immediately, and loud “POP” occurred upon turning on. No Owner’s Manual or any user-support documentation was enclosed with the unit. My mom has no computer. She called the number on the unit sticker and was told "check online." To all appearances, Walmart’s subcontractor, VM Express, packaged and sold a non-working, untested, electronic device. We did not want another unwitting customer to be duped; nor should my elderly mom have to pack and ship back a weighty, mis-represented item. Instructed her to dispose of the unit. Walmart’s Marketplace vendor, VM Express, never offered a full-refund, but offered a replacement---which understandably, we did NOT want, or trust. We were offered a $20 refund, if the seemingly dangerous to operate item ‘would work for us.’ Extensive communication with VM Express indicates they weren’t paying attention to our details. At that point, we elected to dispute the charge with our credit card company. We took pictures of the of the metal bent frame, the sticker verifying “refurbishment,” and the manufacturer (Sharp) sticker showing the unit had originally been built in 2020, it was not even a year old. Our credit card company requested a ‘second opinion on company letterhead from another merchant in the same field stating specifically what the original merchant did incorrectly.’ Unsure how that would have been more illustrative than the photographs and testimony we provided. Our dispute, ultimately with Walmart.com, was denied. In retrospect, we’d have been wise to explore the extensive online negative reviews of VM Express (also DBA as VM Innovations), prior to making our initial purchase. Numerous reviewers recount similar experiences of being shipped non-operational small appliances, with less-than-purchase-price “refunds” being offered. On November 27th, we elected to purchase a replacement directly from Walmart, having felt “taken” by VM Express, Walmart’s online marketplace vendor. Thankfully, my mom now has a working microwave that she loves. Wish we hadn’t had to pay for two to get one. Please learn from our error. Caveat emptor---steer clear of anything sold by VMExpress

HORRIBLE seller. ZERO stars. After over two weeks of waiting, and the package being lost in shipping (twice!), I still do not have the product, and the seller REFUSES to credit my purchase. Horrible seller, lacks acceptable customer service, I would never do business with them again.

Bad seller. Sent used item not in original packaging all scratched up as new. Over 1000.00 usd, had to have amazon intervene. They told us they would send shipping label. Didn’t. Eventually talked to someone from amazon... the shipping return showed up in 5 min,. Replacement showed up a few days later. And it was actually busted too, and then the original manufacturer doesn’t honor warrant from third party amazon seller, Bad bad bad company. Lots of people get messed up stuff, Clearly a management issue. Never wrote a one star before. The lady at VMware express was very nice, but didn’t follow through and they should have never sent the original package.

Worst customer service ever. Would never recomed this company to anyone. Zero star Why was my order shipped from two places and all they could say was they might have messed up the label.

I ordered from them, they sent the wrong product. I returned the wrong item and am now waiting on my item. I will not order again from them. I hope Walmart and Amazon drop them as sellers.

All the above reviews have hit the mark. I have had the unpleasant experience of dealing with this idiotic outfit. The product that was delivered after two weeks of waiting for a delivery that was supposed to take 4-5 days, was the wrong product. Now, per there rep, I have to wait for Fedex or UPS to contact me about picking up the wrong package before a delivery ticket is issued for the right package. And, I bought this product off of Ebay. I found the exact same product from a vender in Florida who would have shipped it to me in the 4-5 day window. I am pretty sure I won't be buying from Ebay again, if they are going to continue to use VM. I am not even going to give one star as this whole process has involved multiple emails and an actual call from an ebay rep. Extremely frustrating to say the least. Buyer beware!

- written by  on

Do not order from these people! They are a third-party from Walmart and will not let you return anything past 30 days but they don’t tell you this until it’s too late and you’re stuck with it.

- written by  on

Wish I would have seen this before ordering. A nightmare to deal with. No product delivered. Will not do any of the legwork to find the item. Put all the onus on the customer to deal with the secondary seller and their credit card company. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY FROM SPREETAIL.

Absolutely the WORST experience ever shopping on-line. Spreetail aka VM Express is a MLM firm that promises retailers (small and large) that their sales will skyrocket using their services! Spreetail is nothing more than a greedy marketplace seller that repeatedly lists the same item across multiple platforms in an attempt to get first place rankings and cleverly makes itself the cheapest and "Fastest" shipper than anyone else! Seems strange that multiple sellers of the same product all have shipping dates a week or two out in time but Spreetail MAGICALLY promises 2-DAY DELIVERY!! OMG ! Then, Spreetail hurries to generate a "Tracking Number" in order to stop any attempt to cancel or refund your order. VERY CLEAVER! And Walmart is complicit... A sale is a sale no matter what the customer has to go through including watching the "Delivery Date" come and go with no merchandise delivered. Then when you contact them its excuse after excuse about the shipping company, the warehouse, you name it-they use it. When I finally contacted Walmart directly, OMG all of a sudden they finally straightened out their warehouse problem (I suspect they found one on-line somewhere and procured it to make themselves look good). If you buy from this seller or their other aka business VM Express after reading these reviews, you deserve to get screwed you twit's. Don't fall for their scam! You've been warned. Wake up. And shame on INTEX for allowing this seller to represent their products!

Difficult. Had to beg for a return, got it, shipped item back, and 10 days out, still no refund. Contacted them and was told still not received and to contact FedEx on status. No assistance. High frustration . Will open a dispute with my credit card.

Never actually used them or bought anything I gave a 3 star to prove that anyone can just post a review so it is kind of useless to believe any of these reviews.

Horrible service!!!!!!!!!!! You can't get ahold of anybody at customer service. I bought from wal-mart NOT from spreetail. Does not deserve 1 star rating!!!

I’ve had some bad experiences online but this vendor takes the cake. I needed to return an item, so they sent me a return label. They received an item but never refunded the money. Chatted with them and they agreed to refund. I have an email that says they will send the money. Never did get the refund. Had do dispute the amount through PayPal. Somehow I lost the PayPal dispute, so no refund. They stole hundreds from me.

These people are terrible. They didn’t follow through on my order and charged me more than the price reflected. Costumer service was very uncaring about the situation. Sadly just not a trustworthy vendor

Ordered a round bestway pool, received a rectangular intex pool. Contacted them for an exchange, they wanted me to destroy the incorrect pool and send them pictures so they could send the correct pool, but I do not trust that. Terrible customer service.

HORRIBLE experience with them through amazon prime. Totally useless customer service, delivery to incorrect addresses and then won't refund or replace. Seriously bad company, needs to be shut down completely because they are NOT customer oriented at all!

Falsely advertises product on Tork Cloth Towels. They advertise 5 boxes per order, totaling 400 towels. They send one box of 80. Then you have to fight with Walmart to be refunded. Worse shopping experience ever! I wish there was a zero star to give.

Oh how I wish I would've read reviews of this place before ordering!! We ordered an intex pool at a great price....and have not received it. No tracking numbers, no nothing.

Horrendous customer service, incompetent employees (especially Customer "no -service" jerks). Avoid the at all costs either for direct sales or as a fulfillment source for Amazon). The absolute worst supplier I have run into in over 9 years of shopping on Amazon.

Ordered a Curt echo brake controller on 7/17/21 from Walmart and received the order from Spreetail the day before I picked up my new camper, about a week later. The RV salesman helped me set it up and while doing so we noticed that the setup card had a different pin number than the one on the controller. After trying the first one, which didn’t work we tried the other and it was able to sync with the app. We took the trailer home and there it sat until our first trip on Sept. 14 from Florida to Massachusetts and back (18 days). During the trip the trailer brakes began operating sporadically and ultimately kept locking up at the slightest touch of the brake pedal. I contacted Spreetail via email on 9/29 explaining the problem and they replied that I should contact the manufacturer. I spent an hour on the phone with Curt tech support and the end conclusion, after finding out that the pin numbers did not match from the original package, was that I had been sold a returned and defective controller, do not use it any further, and that Spreetail/Walmart should replace it. I called Spreetail customer service and the woman I spoke to was very nice and said that she would process a return authorization and as soon as they received the old one they would send me out a new one and I would get an email verification within several hours. After not receiving the authorization, the next day I again called customer service and was not so nicely informed by a different woman that the authorization was declined because the sale was over 30 days old. I tried to explain to her that this was in fact the first time we had the opportunity to actually use the product and that we were now driving without any trailer brakes her response was they would not replace it and “have a good day”. I called back the tech at Curt and he very graciously said that although the original seller should be replacing it that he would immediately send me a new one and although it would not arrive until I got home he did his best to expedite it. In the meantime I drove the last 1,000 miles home very carefully without any trailer brakes. A HUGE warning to others who buy anything from Walmart that comes from Spreetail. They sent me what appears to be a previously returned and defective brake controller and refused to make it right. I will be sending this review to every review site I can including the better business bureau. So my response to the customer service rep at Spreetail, “No, there is nothing else you can help me with, Have a nice day”

- written by  on

Absolute trash company. They dont lert you return anything without paying half of the cost of the item for shipping it back. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE do not buy from these scamming pieces of shit

Received half of ordered item very next day after ordering, it was a combo sale -pool pump and filters. First item came immediately (next day). Walmart showed total order delivered. Called Spreetail support to make sure the other half was coming. Thats when I discovered sale was split into two tracking numbers. (That was not provided by Walmart and only found out after calling Spreetail support.) Called a few times after no movement. Support could provide details and recommended waiting it out. After a week, Spreetail agreed t reorder/reship- product came within a da and a half. So, while there was a hiccup and I got nervous after reading reviews, Spreetail did right by me and corrected the issue. Was straddling 3 or4 stars, went with 4 because ultimately I appreciated how quickly the issue was resolved once we got to the point to realizing part 2 of the order never materialized. Pods

Hayward skimmers are good products. However, Spreetail is not a good seller. They sold us a damaged used or returned Hayward skimmer as a brand new one. We did not realize this until we'd spent almost $70 on extra fittings to get it to work with our new pool pump & had it altogether. That's when we realized the screw holes to attach this to our pool's side were all striped out! We can't return it, we have to use it so we had to go to several stores to find longer screws 14 of them to fit the holes & go into the plastic deep enough to tighten this to our pool's wall. Spreetail CS does not answer your questions & they sell you damaged goods. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM & Walmart should be aware by now that many people are as upset with Spreetail as I am now. Wish I could select ZERO STARS for this horrible company!!!

These guys are total crooks. They shipped my package weeks late and refused to let me cancel the order. Now I have to pay the return shipping. They only shipped one item instead of two and I am sure that they will charge me for the one that they didn't send.

- written by  on

The short version of my review. I have legal action pending against them. They have no proof of any shipment actually taking place, regardless of actual proof or facts they took my money and put no effort into resolving this alleged transaction. They can’t prove shipping or delivery.
