The solder station I ordered came without the tips or case advertised with it in the description. Can't be used without tips. Their customer service is poor. I notified them about this when it came, December 24, and still they can't or won't tell me whether or not they will send the missing items, provide a refund, or just what. I regret buying from this seller.

Yeah they need to stop that seller from selling anything else I ordered a shirt for my daughter and I never got it they sent me a little square empty case instead they won't give me a refund I complained about it and there saying they just shipped the shirt but I don't believe them
