Very slow shipping even tho I paid quite a bit for a lightweight purchase. I will never order from them again. I feel after reading the complaints that the product I ordered will not be what I expected either. No stars for this company. I had to give it one star in order to complete the form but they don't deserve it.

I order 3 pairs of the water sock shoes, they were nice but not what I was looking for. I submitted a request to return, received fed ex labels, they wanted each paid sent back separately? I complied, this was done 8/3 and it 8/26 still no refund? When I went on line to inquire, where was my refund. I explained that I sent the shoes back individually in a fed ex envelope, their response was: What else have you tried doing??? Seriously, that was a crazy response. So I went to respond and got disconnected. I then called, left a voice message no response. My review is not based on the product by the fact the items were returned and no refund issued.

I purchased a Spencer for Apple Ipad Air & Pro 9.7" for my granddughters Ipad and it wouldn't fit. I tried to obtain a return label but there is an issue with the processing the return. order #6291939-124673.

TERRIBLE products!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I ordered a lock proof backpack for my daughter and it is entirely to small. There is no way she will be able to fit her laptop and her books in that bag. Went to Wal-Mart to try and return it. UNABLE to return to a Wal-mart facility. No trying to reach this Spencer Happucation Inc is a laugh becuase there is no way I can find to contact them. Watch what you buy off of Wal-Mart and Amazon and make sure it is returnable. Lesson Learned.

I ordered something and it was so tiny it would literally fit a big doll and they said that they would give me half of my money back and that I could give the miniature version of a girdle to a miniature person... bad business..

I ordered the Spencer Men Women Barefoot Water Skin Shoes Aqua Socks. That was a waste of money. The were like paper a footie a thin bottom. Just not what your add says. Very disappointed .

I ordered some compression stockings from these folks. They were advertised as "sheer" , in my wife's opinion , they were not sheer. I exchanged e-mails with their customer service dept, mailed back the stockings and received a full refund. Less my $9.00 postage.

Item shipped and arrived quickly. No issues what so ever. Quick to respond to any questions or concerns.

Purchased 5 light bulbs from them. The bulbs did not work with my fixture, so I initiated a return. After a month of exchanging e-mails, they refused a return even though the products were new and unused. Now I'm stuck with items I can not use. They said they will only accept returns of defective items.

BUYER BEWARE !!!! Should be no Stars for this seller , they misrepresent the products they sell to the consumer with fake photos and garbage items , Still waiting for my my full refund after continuous run around communication DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER wish I would have seen the reviews first . I will not stop until I get my full refund from these scammers ! THIEVES are everywhere and this seller is one of them

I ordered an iPad case for my child’s iPad. I tried to return at Walmart store but was unable to. Upon emailing the spencer company they told me to keep the useless iPad cover without screen protector and “try to find another use for it” to save me money. How I am saving money by having a product that doesn’t work. It was never opened and in original packaging. Do Not Order From This Company!!! Very Unprofessional!!!!

Ordered a pair of sticky bras. I've been told you must order 1 cup size up for sticky bras in order to get enough adhesive for it to stay on all day. Ordered 1 cup size up and after 5 minutes it already wasn't sticking around the edges. The longer I left it on, the more of it came unstuck. The link to their return policy in Walmart's email is a bad link, so I have no idea how to return it. You get what you pay for, I suppose. Lesson learned. 1/10 would not recommend or buy again.

I order 2 pair of yoga pants on May 4 my expected delivery date was supposed to be May 17 I haven't seen my order yet haven't even received a email from them or anything when I contacted wal mart they tell me its lost in transit what kinda mess is that most definitely Bad Business want have to worry about me ordering from them again

DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I ORDERED A PHONE CHARGER THAT DOESN'T WORK AND THEY WANT ME TO PAY FOR RETURN SHIPPING. CONSTANT EMAILING , WALMART IS NOT HELPING EITHER BECAUSE IT IS A THIRD PARTY PURCHASE EVENTHOUGH IT WAS PURCHASED ON WALMART. COM
