I ordered a complete series from them and come to find out it was not the complete series at all. It was only 2 discs. They false advertised what they were selling.

Shipping was fine but they gave me the wrong collection of movies i paid for.. Instead of getting Thor 1-3 i got Harry Potter complete 8 film collection which wouldn't be a problem if i hadn't already have it

Ordered a series of a show I have been wanting. The shipping time was great. That’s what the one star is for. The item is used. The edges of the dvd box are damaged. Several of the disks are dirty smudged or scratched. This item should have been advertised as used. I would not have purchased it especially for $150.

This place is a decent seller but they use USPS to ship and the postal distribution center that your packages go through is GARBAGE. Lots of bad reviews on the place and reports of packages staying at that place for two weeks or more. I ordered my blu-ray on Jan 4 and it was supposed to be here on Jan 6. It's not Jan 10 and it's still at the dist center. This place isn't a secret and the seller seriously needs to consider using UPS or Fed Ex for shipping otherwise I won't buy from them anymore. Being promised two day shipping and it taking 6+ days is unacceptable.

I ordered two tv shows through Sophie's Movies LLC, they both came in the incorrect, cheaper versions than the ones I ordered. One of them even looked used.

Just received the movies I ordered. The shipping time was acceptable, but the packaging wasn't. The package arrived with some visible minor damage from handling. When opened though it revealed a very poor job of wrapping and not enough padding to protect the DVD's. As a result, a couple of the DVD cases were cracked. In addition, there was no receipt accompanying the order, but someone had written in pen on the outside label what was inside. Not a good idea.
