product was repackaged, not new. Do not use them!

ZERO Stars. SCAM. I placed an order for a cpap mask on 10/06 and a shipping label was created but USPS tracking shows the label was only created but never received by USPS. After a couple weeks of waiting to see if it shipped I reached out to the seller and waited another 8 days for a reply. I finally received a reply with typos and poor grammar sent from an iphone. The reply did not give me confidence that the seller was on the up and up so I looked at reviews and saw that this is a common occurrence with this seller and even if an item is received it's not going to be as advertised. I reached out to Walmart and they immediately processed a refund. They also need to remove this seller from their site. Do not order from this seller.

Wished I had read these reviews before ordering. Like so many order I placed my order through Wal-Mart, sent e-mails, no response from Somniair. Order was not listed as delayed until the shipment label was created and money was extracted from my account. I think I make have it worked out with a Wal Mart autobot. This reflects poorly on the vendor but also looks bad on Walmart. They need to end this relationship ASAP. IMOP

They claim that it is delayed. They took my money and I have received nothing. From what I see Walmart third party companies are no good.

One star for this misleading company is generous. Never received my item and they lied to me saying it was shipped, however the tracking number stated the only created the shipping label. Also took them a long time to respond to an email. It’s disappointing Wal-Mart is allowing this company to sell on their website.

I see by the information that other people have put on the reviews that you shouldn't be in business and should be shut down. My complaint is the same as all others you take the money and run. Your lucky I don't live close to you or you would have an unwelcomed guest.

Ordered CPAP mask via WalMart site. shipped quickly, arrived quickly. 'Appeared' to be factory sealed bag.. Opened bag (too easily) and and looked at the head band, Turned it around and a rectangular chunk of the head band had been excised with a knife, leaving a thin strip of band on either side. Logo/brand name obivously removed. Brilliant. Sheer genius. That will last 5 seconds before THAT snaps. "Lucy! You got some 'splaining to do!' Wish i would have seen this site before i bought it.

I too made an order to this company and did not get my product or communication of shipment. Ordered on 11/30 with delivery 12/5. When nothing showed up (had a tracking number with no activity) I then followed up 12/15. Adam Sun replied saying will send another shipment as this one may have been lost. Finally on 12/31 contacted Walmart and got refund. DO NOT USE THIS VENDOR/ COMPANY!!!!

SOMNIAIR is a scam ! This really should be ZERO STARS ! They provide a tracking number BUT NEVER send it to the Post Office for delivery ! Many other buyers state the same thing. This company has NO respect for it's Buyer's and is ripping-off customers who need MEDICAL EQUIPMENT. THIS IS THE VERY LOWEST OF THE LOW !!! Wal-Mart should ban this company and it's promotions . WHAT A RIP-OFF !!!

I'm just reading the other reviews and I am so made at them and Walmart for putting so many customers in this situation! I ordered a CPAP mask from Somniair through Walmart.com on Dec. 17, 2019 and the tracking states a label was made, but USPS has no record of the package ever being delivered to them and on Walmart.com it states delayed and you can see that Somniair never sent to USPS! This is wrong in so many ways since my husband really needed the new full Mirage mask to sleep! Walmart please do not use Somniair again or you will lose your reputation due to them! No star should be given!!!

Same issue here. Label created and then nothing. They do not answer emails or phone calls. Unfortunately we can't find the size cpap mask needed anywhere else. I want to leave NEGATIVE stars but not an option. This company should be out of business. Total scam

Told Walmart to drop this Seller. Feel like they are just using our money and never delivering. Order was Canceled and then price raised and then I ordered again. DO NOT waste your time on ordering from SOMNIAIR. I see they use the same tactics on the other reviewers cancel order, next order shipping label created but never deliver.

correction for previous review: I mistakenly said the price for my item went up $50 from this company and found out later that it was actually a different company selling the same product on Walmart.com for a higher price.

I ordered a cpac mask from them over 1 1/2months ago. never received it. made several attempts to find out when I would get it. Never got a answer!

ordered an item also on 4-2019 and never received. Got a order cancelation notice from Walmart a week later and went back on website an noticed my item was increased almost $50 ! Expect more from Walmart! After seeing these reviews will think twice about ordering from Walmart site if they allow this company to continue to treat people like this. Definitely not giving into this price increase! Shouldn't get any stars!

Ordered mask for CPAP was to arrive March 4 shipping label created no shipment. Attempted to contact company multiple times no response very disappointed and dissatisfied. Will think twice before ordering off walmart.com again

I ordered this item on 3/01/19 received a updated delivery schedule saying it will be delivered 3/14/19. March 6, 2019 at 7:53 am Shipping Label Created, USPS Awaiting Item. Ordered from them. They got a shipping label but haven't sent item . They do not call back after leaving messages. Very disappointed.
