I ordered an outfit from Wal-Mart. Com that apparently is from this seller. The outfit came incomplete and after 5 attempts to contact both Wal-Mart and Solararc nothing has been resolved. Very upset and frustrated that I can't get through to one person that my order is incomplete and I need it rectified!!! Solararc has not even responded to Wal-Mart or myself not once! Stay away from this company!

Ordered an item through a Walmart supplier, SOLARC Investments and have not received it. Paid with PayPal. Tried to track down the order through PayPal--can't resolve through the Internet. The hold time for an agent is over 1 hour! Solarc will only take messages no clue as to when they will call back! Just Going Around In CIRCLES!!!!! Will NEVER do business with them again!! If I could do minus 5 Stars I would.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I ordered an item from Solarc Investments thru Wal-Mart.com. They charged my credit card three weeks ago and never shipped my item. I have emailed them twice about the status of the order and have received no response. I finally contacted my credit card company and they issued me a credit.
