I ordered a Heavy Duty Clothes Rack a single rail Garment Rack with Wheels, extendable hanging Rack load capacity 250 lbs, Commercial grade Steel Clothes Organizer for bedroom or dressing room 19049. It was to arrive Nov 20th. Not here cause the text said my address was wrong but it is not wrong. My Address is stil the same 2343 MOSSY CREEK AVON, IN 46123 It was due to be here NOV 20th. Yes, you are all correct. I received my piece of garbage from them today. If you cannot get any response then go directly to Walmart.com, they will rattle their SOFT cage, then if nothing happens, Walmart should refund your money.

Terrible customer service! They do not stand by the quality of their items AND want the customer to pay for returning it to them! I will never purchase from them again AND I will encourage others to do the same.

They are very unprofessional and their refusal to they'll refuse to refund your money when you are not happy with the product and the product ISM. And is not fit you well is ridiculous and therefore I give them the lowest of Mark and say do not ever buy anything from them and Walmart should know you'd be dealing with a raggedy third party vendor

My children gave me money for my 78th birthday to order diningroom chairs like the ones I already had 2 of so I could have a total of 4 the first order came on time and the one I ordered on 9/5/20 has yet to come and my credit card has been charges for the total amount Walmart is giving me little or no help and Soft says that they are blaming on shipper. what I am finding out is soft made a label and my chairs are no where to be found. I am so very disappointed I really needed these chairs so my family could have dinner with me in my small apt.

yes i agree with all the above this company is a joke . I brought a console when i received it, it was damaged they told to keep it cause it looks like a scratch and i told them it's crack they said we'll give you 15 dollars and just keep it I'm calling my bank tomorrow to see if i can get my refund that way . Horrible company i will never order anything from Walmart...

I ordered treadmill July 29th and I have not received the item or a refund. I will never order on Walmart.com again because of this one seller. I have to know beyond a doubt Walmart is selling the item not a market place seller. They did t hesitate to take my 441.00 but now they lost in space

I wouldn't advise ANYONE to order from this company. Walmart should remove them from their list of online sellers. I ordered what I thought was a camping canopy ( according to the promotional material online). When it arrived the instructions in the box said that it was not waterproof and should not be left up overnight. When I communicated with company representative he said I could not return it and that"I should give it to a friend or family member as a gift" . I am out $68 and am stuck with something I can't use.

Terrible return policy and horrible customer service. I was 1 day outside of the return, I started the return online within the 30 days. With Walmart’s shorter hours because of the pandemic it’s hard to get to Walmart within the hours they are open for somebody that has to work. I would rate 0 stars if that was an option.

I ordered some string star lights. They came in a plastic bag mailer, most were broken when i opened it. Horrible packaging- no padding and the lights themselves were not good quality. I didn't realize that i couldnt return them to the store. So now have to contact them directly. Lesson learned there...

This seller is a joke. If I could give them a "0" I would. I ordered an outdoor patio couch. They sent me an email saying it was out of stock and if I don't respond to the email in 48 hours, the order would be canceled. So I didn't respond and assumed my order was canceled. Turns out they must have found the product to send me about a week later and just shipped it. Once I got the shipping notification, I reached out and told them to cancel it and reroute it back - as their communication clearly stated the order would be cancelled. About 10 days later I get 2 of the 6 large pieces delivered at my door. I reach out and tell them. They keep on asking me to pay for return shipping and send it back. I disputed with my Credit Card the overall charge because I knew this seller wouldn't be returning my $800-ish purchase. I told them if they don't send a pre-paid shipping label and schedule a pick up in the next 7 days, I would let the trash pick this up. They continue to reach out to me to get this back to them wanting me to pay. I have reached out directly to WalMart to try to resolve all of this throughout the whole process and they weren't much help.

I purchased a bathroom cabinet. The one I ordered had 4 shelves. The one they sent had 2. It was a smaller unit than the one I purchased. I had it all packaged for return, after I reported the mistake, and they first made me unpackage it and take pictures of it. Secondly they said I received the wrong assembly instructions. Except the new set of assembly instruction were for a much smaller unit. I again asked to return it for a refund. The last email from them stated it is exactly what I ordered. I am beyond pissed. I have to give them one star rating...but not by choice!

I purchased a ride on car for my daughter for Christmas. SOFT inc said it would be here by December 17th. It’s now December 15th and it still hasn’t shipped. They created a shipping label on December 7th but never took it to fedex. I contacted them through Walmart and they are trying to blame fedex. How can you blame fedex for not moving a package that you never gave them? I tried calling the number for soft inc but got an answering machine. I’m sure my daughter won’t have her Christmas present on Christmas. If I could give these people a zero rating, I would do it. Don’t buy from them. It’s obviously a scam. Walmart needs to remove them from their website.

If I could, I would give a -5. I ordered a trampoline for an Easter present for my 7 children, shipping confirmation said it would arrive March 29th. $672 I spent to surprise my kids and I received 1/3 of my purchase 04/13, another 1/3 on 04/15. And come to find out the final piece shipped today, 04/16. Neither Soft Inc not Walmart have anything to say other than "we're sorry to hear that". I will no longer do business with either. And neither should you. READ REVIEWS BEFORE YOU BUY

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS 3RD PARTY SELLER! They do not have any kind of return policy and they will not work with you at all to do a return! You will have to eat the shipping costs to get it back to them and their prices are WAY TOO HIGH! Same item on Amazon was half the price! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON THIS SELLER! Walmart should REMOVE this seller from their account! I actually want to give them a -10 star rating!

BEWARE, these returns suck. The product is faulty, they're demanding a video proving it's faulty. Fine, I'll send that. Still pending whether I'll get my money back even though I offered to ship it back. But if Wal-Mart is going to sell this through their website then Wal-Mart should make it abundantly clear when you're buying that you cannot just stop by the store to return it. This product cost $130. I never in a million years would have ordered this from the Wal-Mart website if I knew I had to contact the manufacturer directly to return it. Wal-Mart should be directly accepting returns if they're going to advertise it as a Wal-Mart product on the site. Extremely irritating.

I ordered a trampoline for my grandkids Christmas but realizing too late that it would not hold them all by weight I ordered a more substantial one on Walmart,com I tried to return the smaller one and they said I would have to pay shipping which would cost me another 320 dollars I feel Walmart should remove this company. I ordered a tent that will not stay together. The supports are cheap plastic and it is garbage. I wish I knew about this company before purchasing this tent for over 60 dollars. I will be disputed this with the credit card company. Walmart needs to stop doing business with this company. Giving it the lowest I can give I think this company deserves a 0. I have sent a second request for return.

I ordered a ride truck that does not run. Wal Mart won't stand behind the product nor Soft INC. Told to call Allstate for the extended warranty won't help either. I am out 250 dollars. If any one wants to join in on a class action suit let's go for it.

I’m dealing with a situation with them right now. I order my grand baby a ride on car, and when I started to put it together one on the right wheel had a broken wire to it. I emailed them on Christmas Eve and no one contact me until today by phone, and the guy told me he replied to my email on Christmas Eve, and when I told him none email me from this company, and he pretended to email me while I was on the phone, and nothing, and he said check your junk email, once again nothing. They only contacted me today because I contacted Affirm yesterday.

I bought a canopy that we knew was a flimsy piece of junk as soon as we opened it. Walmart wouldn't return it..couldn't print a label. They finally gave us a 50% refund, but it's a piece of junk that is hard to put together, and the instructions say you must take it down every day. JUNK!!

Horrible , ordered a sofa / floor model . It opened and won't close, Zipper is literally inside out can't figure out how they zipped it up. Took it to Walmart no good to return there , email to company they played the whole you keep it will knock 20% off I said no. They emailed me again asking for a video of it not working. I'm 82 years old . Never again will I use Walmart to order anything but groceries. Very disappointed . Thing cost $332.98 and it cost USPS $106.85 to send back and they will not accept it cause they are horrible company .
