Snapp!

I purchased 2 vitamin supplements online from I thought , Walmart but It went through the marketplace and it was from a company named Snapp! One of the supplements came and a few days later the other one was delivered. They were ordered sometime in December. I received them in the same month When I opened them. one of the jars did not have a seal. When I counted the pills inside, there was one less. I could never ingest something that was not sealed they could have been tampered with. I will not take the chance. When I went back to Walmart in the same month of December they said the jar must be put in a box and they will return them because it was purchased through the marketplace. I didn’t have the time to return them until the beginning of January. I emailed customer service they said:Unfortunately the window for return-refund has already passed. Sorry about this.I cannot accept this. They shouldn’t sell returned supplements without checking first.

Order two 12 pack drinks. They dropped shipped from Amazon ONE CARTON of expired drink. So, I paid for 24 items and received one expired item. 0 stars. Walmart needs to vet their sellers. This one I don't think is even in the USA. HORRIBLE

Ordered from this seller on Walmart.com. Surprised to receive my order from Amazon.com with no mention of my Walmart order. Looks like they set their price higher than where they can find it elsewhere and then order it themselves from that seller and ship to you. Shame on me for not checking pricing elsewhere. Shame on them for their crazy scam. Wish I could give 0 stars. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SELLER. Walmart, please do your homework and remove this seller from your marketplace.

They sent me a package of wire from Amazon instead of my order

Price gouging at its finest and in the middle of a pandemic, no less. They sell thru Walmart.com (who should be more vigilant as to who they're supporting) and the ad looks all well and good but they don't tell you they raise the price almost 50% what the item actually costs. There's no cancelation option other than to contact Walmart & they tell you to wait 48 hours before they'll help. WTF? Shame on you, Snapp! And shame on Walmart for supporting this.

Don't buy anything that lists Snapp as the the 3rd party reseller. I bought through Walmart, and Snapp sent the wrong item to the wrong address. When I couldn't find it after the supposed delivery time they told me it was out of their hands. I talked to UPS customer service since that was the delivery company, and the tracking number was for an item shipped from Amazon that weighed 12 pounds - not the 2-3 pounds of my item and they verified that the recipient was not my name or address. So clearly I had not received the item. Snapp insists that I am wrong and they will try to find a 'picture' of the delivery. If UPS takes doorstep pictures of deliveries, I'll eat my hat! I did get a refund from Walmart for non-delivery of an item but the aggravation and time spent trying to straighten this out was not at all worth the trouble. I would give a rating of 0 - zero stars of this company if that was an option.
