I've went to my local battery plus store and brought the same battery for $50.00, charged it like instructed, once it was charged i install into the powerwheel and i have the same results !! NO light , No movement Nor power, so therefore there is no issue with the battery nor Charger the whole damn car is bad! i spend $299 plus on this item for my son's birthday which is this saturday July 20,2019 and the shit doesn't working. I need an replacement that works or an refund NOW

I have been having issues with my Electric power 12 V Mercedes AMG SL65. I purchased from Walmart November 10, 2018 in Mansfield Texas 76063. I am not getting answers from SmartEcom. The pedal on the car does not work. The remote moves the car however, if the pedal is push down the car will not move forward or reverse. This is the second thing that has gone wrong with this car. First battery and charger was no good had to replace. The vehicle is just 6 months old. I have tried to reach out to SmartEcom by phone no answer. I need to know how to repair the pedal. At least tell me where I can take to get it repaired. I wanted to give the rating no star.

Garbage company! Merchandise was NEVER RECEIVED and my order was placed July 31st. Company had been refusing my refund and is extremely uncooperative. Order at your own risk
