I would give the a half a star. I ordered a kospet prime 4g smart watch and they sent it to Brownsville, TX I live in Greer, SC! How do you get Greer, South Carolina out of Brownsville TX? WTF!! Walmart refunded me.

Been trying to get a refund since February 2nd. I contact Walmart 3 times, no response. Buyers beware. They did get the product back.

Worst seller on Walmart. They don't ship, and don't answer messages.

Order never shipped - just took my money. This is fraud.

Well the joke's on them this time. 4 weeks after I placed my order no communication from the seller. I canceled the order and received a refund. Now 8 weeks later the product arrives and still no response from the company. I would gladly pay for the product if Walmart or Smartisan would return contact request. Oh well.

Worst purchasing experience I've ever had through Walmart. Seller marked item as shipped, then never actually shipped the item. Seller was unresponsive to emails and the phone number Walmart provided was invalid. The item (now 3 weeks late) still has not been sent to the USPS facility and no refund has been issued. 0 stars if possible - avoid at all costs.

Never got my package from this company. USPS tracking number was never got past very first step of creating a number. Do not buy from this company. They do not reply to email, do not return money back, do not send ordered items.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!! Obviously an overseas scammer! I ordered a sewing machine on April 28, still waiting on it! Says it was shipped and picked up by a shipping partner ( BFE CORPORATION) that is with overseas ( China) corporations. So, I will likely never receive the item. Their phone number is a Magic Jack number- yes the as seen on TV thing not associated with anyone. They DO NOT respond to emails either. Steer clear of this company!!!!! I gave them one starrating because i had to,they are that bad!

Everything these reviews say is true. Very disappointed that Walmart has let this go on this long. No reply to emails and their phone number listed doesn’t work. 3 weeks after I got a tracking number and it said shipped..still nothing and never reached a USPS facility. Walmart better cut ties soon before there are a bunch of lawsuits

I ordered a item for 15.99 it was shipped and delivered to Las Vegas Nevada..I live in ct. And there is no way to get in touch with these ppl. Contacted them multiple times and no response smh. Walmart refunded me my money thank you walmart

This company has come up with a great scam. You order the product and they never deliver it. They use a “Catch-22” scheme on Walmart.com that allows them to do this. Once you order the product, they issue a USPS label and are given a tracking number. This in effect does not allow you to cancel your order because it is then considered ‘In-Transit”, even though they have not physically delivered the product to USPS. You can not return the product because you will never actually receive the product. They keep your money and you get nothing for it. It’s a clever scam that Walmart allows to continue. Shame on Walmart!!

I order a toy from them that was motorized for my pets. When I received it, it was an empty item. When ordered it stated electronic moving but it was just cloth with cotton in it. I know 5.99 isn't much.. but the point I am making dont falsely say something about your items you sale. I emailed them waiting couple of days they finally replied to it. Made me sent pictures of item several times... asked me questions. It was like I was being grilled. Finally hear back .. ma'ma That's what you ordered, I just sent them back one stated why does it say electric then ... I will not buy anything from them again. It's not the money but the hussel and being grilled like I was the who was lying. It the point dont false advertise an item.

I am awaiting my return label via my email, I was told by Walmart C/S as the product was not a streaming box(iptv)

They send my order to another state and cant contact them they want me to rate them and i havent recieve nothing

These people are crooks! I ordered light bulbs from them and they were delivered to another state. This has happened to me before when ordering on line and it is a scam - you never see the product, and the company does not respond. Walmart attempted to contact them for me and only got a voice mail. Walmart also quickly offered to and did refund my money. In the meantime I am left without the light bulbs and had to order them from Amazon, at a higher price and with shipping charges. Crooks like this should not be allowed to sell on Walmart. We should be able to trust Walmart that their sellers are all reputable. One person even posted that they debit card was compromised after it was given to these crooks.

Purchased a couple Donner 3W battery powered guitar amplifiers from them after seeing their ad in OfferUp. They sent me flute recorders instead and I've still not heard back from them. I will be disputing this charge if no resolve is offered.

I bought an art set for my son for Christmas. Everything looked good after ordering this item. I got a tracking number and everything. I never got my item! I live in Ohio and it was delivered to Florida. What made everything worse is I later was a victim of frud. Someone had my debt card info and was using it in Florida. Idk if it's tied together but I'm thinking so. Why are people ordering from this company and then the package is delivered to another state/ address????? BE AWARE! DO NOT ORDER FOR THIS COMPANY!

I will never buy anything from this seller again in the future. First they took my money real fast, then they shipped my orders to 3 or 4 different states and then they told me they uploaded a wrong tracking number. It's been 8 days and I still can't track my ordered. NEGATIVE NEGATIVE !!!!!!

I bought a pack of Fitbit bands from this store. I live in Michigan and they were sent to New York. I emailed them and they haven’t gotten back to me, never buying from them again.
