stupid me i ordered 20 Ball Freshtech canners was delivered today. Nope just these 20 stupid retractable key chains. what a way to go walmart hope you give me my money back if not credit card company will HEAR ME WALMART!!!!!!!!!!!!!

OMG!!! Now that I see the reviews, I fee sick!!! I received 2 Lucky Line key reels today. Was very confused. The label was off print so I couldn't see the name. After a bit of research. I see my order through Walmart for my Ball Freshtech canners was delivered today. Nope just these stupid retractable key chains. What the hell Walmart!!!!!!????

Ordered a electric canner from Wal-Mart marketplace this scam of a company sent a retractable key chain. Horrible company never buy from them. If I could give negative stars I would.

Ordered a cast iron Dutch oven on Walmart. They sent a plastic retractable Keychain. Walmart called them numerous times. I emailed them. No response. Walmart refunded my money with no problem. Luckily I found same item cheaper on Amazon. Will never buy from this seller. Not customer service at all. Would give zero stars if I could.

Ordered something from them on Walmart.com more than a month ago. They never shipped. I have sent multiple requests to cancel. They are horrible to deal with.

I got robbed by them too. Phoney tracking set up - Never shipped item. I hope Walmart at least gets a kick-back from these companies for all of their customers that they set up to be robbed.

They placed an order that I never checked out.

PACK of SIX rails (Closet Maid) = only ONE rail received. NO way to talk to the vendor, NO response via email.

I ordered an 8 piece item and only received 7. I called them and left an email, which their voicemail instructs customers to do. Walmart customer service also tried contacting them, and neither one of us has received a response. Their customer service is awful and I am very upset about the way this transaction was handled by them.

They sent wrong item. Called phone # on box, response is only email access that is not a true website address.

I notify them of package never received they do not care basic it is not why I want I buy it from Amazon

Last week I purchased two "Prime-Line Screen Door Grills" from them. Their description says it will fit a 36" screen door. Both my screen doors are 36" with a screened in area of 34" and their grills are exactly 34". They want me to pay for the return shipping and possible pay a 15% restocking fee. My recommendation is not to purchase from them.

I ordered a T-Fal frying pan through Walmart.com. These people shipped it in a plastic bag!! This company sent me an email after Walmart customer service sent my complaint. My complaint was the fact that the frying pan was shipped in a plastic bag and it had several dents. They asked for pictures of the packaging and the damaged frying pan, which I sent. They asked if I wanted a replacement or a refund. I stated, Both! They have not responded to my emails since my request was for both a replacement and a refund!

Ordered a transmission funnel was supposed to be 18 inches. i got the funnel without the extension. instead i got a $6.50 plastic $0.79 funnel with no extension. Bad thing is i waited 8 days for it. Could have picked up Home Depot or Lowes. Live and LEARN. I had to give it ONE STAR else it wouldn't let me post.

I received an enveloped from this vendor instead of the item I ordered. I think this is sort of a scam.

I ordered A heated water bucket from them it did not arrive. No tracking number generated. They say it was shipped UPS but no tracking number generated. When a UPS shipment is generated the tracking is sent to the mainframe. No tracking number no shipment.

OMG, The reviews, who knew? I just happen to google them to email them & saw all this, cause they also screwed up my order from walmart.com, I got refund but really needed the floor primer, I was going to reorder but after seeing this, I dont think so! WHY does walmart let them continue to sell on their website, you would think they have had enough complaints, & that this seller would get the boot!

Product arrived damaged. Walmart would like take it back as it was a 3rd party order. DO NOT ORDER 3RD PARTY ORDERS..We contacted the manufactor of the product and they were able to send a replacement, but Walmart nor Sirround were going to help me out. Do not recommend!!

Why Walmart allows this scam seller operate is beyond me. My patio end table was ordered two weeks ago. No tracking number was generated. The shipping date has changed six times. Now they claim I need to pay them again! My bank has processed the debit charge. Never buy from sirround inc!
