Same as all the above or below depending on how you list. Took order generate Fedex tracking label. and never ship. Credit card charged though. I hold Walmart totally responsible for allowing that kind of merchant on their site. They (Walmart) totally pissed me off the way they handle this(not).

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CLOWNS!! They create a shipping label and will fake like they actually shipped stuff they don't have in stock. Then Amy, the grifter that lies, will put "We will trace it and reship it" on repeat in emails.

Had I seen all these reviews before I ordered merchandise that this manufacturer made, I never would've ordered from them. They are horrible! They shipped damaged freight TWICE for the same product and then you can't get in contact with them directly to handle the return/refund. Thank goodness a Walmart Rep was able to assist me with expediting my refund because I did my part by sending back the merchandise. Definitely not a pleasant experience. I would choose to give them "0" stars.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. Bought a glass desk, arrived damaged in flimsy packaging, glass cracked in 3 places, unusable. Emailed pictures and requesting assistance, someone named Amy replied saying she'd be helping me and then stopped responding. That was a month ago and I've tried contacting them 4 times and found a phone number that nobody answers. Wal-Mart should not be selling items from them through their website

This company is an absolute scam. You will not receive the product after waiting multiple weeks. Then you have to wait another week just to get your money back to buy the item you wanted elsewhere. Would give zero stars if possible.

Stay from this vendor it is a scam and refuses to cancel the order and give a refund, even Walmart is useless and keep saying they contacted Simply Escalia and will be resolved in 48 hours.

I ordered a desk through Walmart escalia and they said my order was arriving on September 23, nothing ,track number doesn't exist in fedex, called Walmart and reported it and have to wait for an answ6from the seller because fedex doesn't have the desk I ordered, email escalia they don't know anything but they charged it to my credit card.

I ordered a tv stand for almost $200. The seller does not communicate at all, a month later no order and no real updates, even if they said they sent out a replacement order without providing any tracking info. Do not lose your time, don’t order from them

Order ID: 5112007-364707 This review is not for the product but for the seller and Walmart customer service. The product is too small for what we were needing so we have been trying to return it for about 19 days now. I first contacted the seller directly. And their response was that they will look into it and get back to me. I have since contacted them again but there has been radio silence. My husband just lugged this on a dolly to the local Walmart (Sterling, VA). The associate there had him call Walmarts customer service who were helpful and said the return can be completed in the store. The associate and the managers in the store who are incompetent and unhelpful stated the opposite. My husband has spent 1.5 hours in the store dealing w/ this return. And now he has been asked to wait for a shipping label that is supposed to arrive in 48 hours and then he has to lug it back again to a FedEx store. If you are unsure about this product, do not buy this product. You will be stuck dealing with a horrible seller and Walmarts incompetent and unhelpful customer service. Please feel free to verify this by looking up the sellers reviews on Walmart. Simply Escalia - you have lost a customer forever. If you want to right this wrong, send someone to come and pick up this item and process the return. Walmart - we will no longer be purchasing any big ticket items from you if you cannot handle an in-store return of an item purchased on YOUR website.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!! I WISH I COULD OUT ZERO STARS!!!!!! I ordered a mini bar & chairs from the company, when the bar arrived my boyfriend took it out the box and the glass was cracked with a big piece of glass missing out of the side. I reached out to Walmart after several attempts from myself & Walmart to the company with no response Walmart issued me a refund.

I purchased a bench and we were sent one that someone had clearly already attempted to put together and returned. I've been going on two months asking for a refund or replacement and still have no update from this company. Too bad 0 stars isn't an option.

I would give negative stars and provide extreme WARNING before using this company or WALMART. This company is a fraud, when returning an item to them using FEDEX, the company did not process a refund claiming the items were returned damaged and non sellable condition. I have video evidence of the FEDEX driver loading the undamaged, in the original unopened package from my driveway carefully onto the truck. The company has provided no evidence of the item being damaged upon return. Fraudulent claim.

Simply Escalia FRAUD! I purchased a desk through the Walmart website. Desk was scratched and had two other broken pieces. Simply Escalia responded initially about a return but then stopped answering emails.

If I could leave a zero I would. This company is a scam, send you half of a product with extra packing to make up the weight difference. Takes your money and no response. Sold on Walmart.com which is a disgrace that Walmart continues to support this company when the BBB has active alerts since April of 2019. Buyer beware of both companies!!

Simply Escalia is a complete fraud. They either do not ship/deliver your purchase or they deliver ruins of your purchase with major defects and missing parts (or sometimes the wrong item even). Please do not even think about spending a dollar on their products. 0 stars.

Biggest POS company. Bought a piece of furniture came with no packing supplies in box and broken. Obviously returned before. Now they want pictures before they’ll send a return label. No where does it say you have to jump through these hoops to return. Got my refund from Walmart already. Walmart did say they have to give this company 24-48 hrs to respond satisfactory to you before they can refund you. This obviously Liberal run garbage company is still trying to get pictures from me even though I got my money back. Such a joke. Walmart said give them 72 hrs to send return label then do with product what you want! Never buy from this company. Pelosi, Schummer, Nadler, Schiff, Harris and Biden probably run this place!!!!!!

I ordered a bar table from Walmart through this company, they sent me three end tables instead, then after I sent it back they sent my item broke and damage now I had been calling and everything for my replacement or refund.Definitely not a flood place to buy from!Waste of time

Why Walmart did not ban them from selling through Walmart yet? We buy product from Walmart. When Simply Escalia frauds to customers, Walmart should also take the responsibility. Wake up Walmart, otherwise Amazon will bring you down. Little advise: Do business with genuine suppliers.

Zero stars. Do not buy anything from them. I purchased a chair a few months ago and after waiting several weeks it still had not arrived or even shipped. I contacted them to cancel my order and get a refund, and got some fake automated message saying they would take care of it. After replying to that message, I got the same message from them again so I knew it was fake. To be safe, I filed a dispute with my credit card company. I guess that intimidated them because about two weeks later, the chair was sitting on my doorstep even though I didn’t want it anymore. Since it eventually got delivered, I never got a refund and decided to just keep the awful chair since all other reviews on their return service were terrible, I knew nothing would come out of trying to return it. It’s been sitting in the box for about a month, since I’m a college student and have been way too busy to deal with the company or the chair. Today I finally decided to build it, and it was the worst experience I have ever had assembling a piece of furniture. The instructions are completely wrong, everything is labeled incorrectly so there is no indication on which screws to use where. The chair took me four hours to build, and after all that, it falls apart if you lean back while sitting in it because the screws are not long enough to reach to the other side and keep the chair together. The worst chair, the worst company, the worst customer service. Never order from them unless you want to waste $200 on a product that is not even usable.

I wish I could give them negative stars. I ordered a nightstand from them via Walmart. It arrived damaged, so I put it back in the box and returned it to the FedEx drop off location the next day. Now, two months after I sent it back, I'm being told that they received the wrong item for the refund and my card was charged for the full amount again. After emailing them, I was told I cannot have the "false" item I returned back and that they have no control over what Walmart does. They can't even tell me what it was that I "returned" instead of the nightstand. Walmart has said that they will refund my money again, but they need to just stop doing business with this company. DO NOT USE THEM!!!

Horrible customer service. Do NOT buy from these people. They will send you damaged merchandise and then when you send back and request a refund they say you sent the wrong item back but they won't send photos or the item back. They have several complaints with Better Business Bureau. If there was lower than one star I would give that.

I purchased a overhead floor lamp. When I opened it. It was broken around the light fixture and the metal frame was bent. The customer service rep. was a complete butt hole. So don’t bother to ask for help to rectify the problem. THEY WON’T

I did and order for chairs that were suppose to be delivered on March 26th. Had a tracking number and item never arrived. Called to inquire and was told another order had shipped since the chairs must have gotten lost. Waited an never got another tracking number and was told would be same tracking number. Never received item and requested a refund and never got a responds back. Had to contact WalMart to get the refund. This company is terrible and I will never order from them again.

Clearly this seller follows a pattern: 1. sends shipping label to FedEx to fool Walmart into thinking the product has shipped, so Walmart charges customer's CC 2. Simply Escalia gets its $ but never sends out the product, or sends out damaged goods 3. Buyer requests refunds on the order that never arrive (denied!) or return the damaged goods for refund (denied again!) Why is this seller still on Walmart.com? Doesn't Walmart care about its own reputation? I guess when Walmart can just sit back and take a fat cut out of every fraudulent charges there's no incentive for them to do anything. There's a good reason why this seller is not on Amazon Marketplace. I'll be taking my shopping $ over there.

Do not order from Simply Escalia. I ordered 2 glass curio cabinets from them 3 months ago. One came damaged. I went back and forth with them for weeks before they finally sent FedEx to come pick up the broken item. I originally just wanted a replacement. After repeated emails they finally told me that they could not send a replacement until they received the item and gave me two tracking numbers. They refused the item then stopped replying to my emails altogether. Thankfully Walmart helped with the situation. This company is a sham who steals money. Stay away!

Stay away from Simply Escalia. Terrible customer service. Got a pair of side tables from Walmart market place, where the seller was Simply Escalia. One of the side tables received was defective, so I reported it to simply Escalia with pictures of the part which was defective and suggested them to send me a replacement part (not a replacement for the whole unit). After I reported the issue to the Simply Escalia, they did not respond for 3 days. After I escalated the issues through Walmart, Simply Escalia responded to me with a just one liner, advising me to hire professional service for assembling the side table. For a simple side table like this,, there was no need for professional assembly. I emphasized that it was not possible to assemble the side table, since one of the parts was defective. Again there was no response. Being frustrated by their apathy, I wanted to return the products for a refund. They did not respond for many days. I again had to escalate the issue to Walmart. After a couple of days, got an email from Simply escalia at 10am, that the pick up was going to be on the same day from 8am to 8pm. That was the most ridiculous way of notification I have ever seen. There was no mention of the carrier, shipping label or any other details. Fortunately I saw the email and I was home that day. After the product was delivered to the seller, I waited for almost a week for a refund, and since did not get any, I again had to escalate the issue to Walmart. Walmart gave me the refund finally. It took so long and so much of efforts in follow up, that I have lost trust in third party seller at Wal-Mart market place. At least I am never ever going to buy from Simply Escalia again, period. Please stay away from this seller.

Terrible! First they delayed my delivery date for my table, then they only delivered the table top and base leaving out the cross beam that’s needed to put the whole thing together. My sister (who ordered this for me as a gift) emailed them and was told the part would be shipped a week ago and still nothing. I’ve tried reaching out and leaving messages multiple times to the number customer service listed in the email and still haven’t heard back. Needless to say, I’ll never order a product of theirs again.

How I wish I had seen these reviews before I placed my order. Walmart needs to cease doing business with this conference as it tarnishes Walmart’s reputation. Ordered table with 4 chairs. Received table but not the chairs. After calling Walmart, got call from seller. Promised delivery of table base & 4 chairs. Only 2 chairs have been received. Still waiting for table base & the other 2 chairs. And now, calls go unanswered & messages unreturned. Next step will be a call to the attorney general.

Received product with missing parts. Point blank told me I didn't know how to assemble it. How do you assemble something with missing parts? I'm a senior and disabled. I filed a complaint with BBB. I have to select at least one star, but wish there was a negative 10. That would be my selection

This company is scamming people out of their money and sending broken merchandise. They will give you the run around when you try to contact them for a refund. The BBB has issued a warning about them on its website. Please check it before you buy anything from them. I just wish I had seen it sooner. I endured at least four months of grief trying to get them to take back their product and reimburse me. And I still didn’t receive the whole amount of what I spent. They may have hundreds of positive reviews, but most of them give no details. I can say pretty confidently that they must be fabricated in order to offset the negative comments and keep up the facade that they’re reputable. Please DO NOT buy from them.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. If you EVER order from walmart.com and it says "shipped by Simply Escalia" please note that the following will occur 1. They will send the wrong product 2. They will tell you to return the product 3. They will give you a tracking number to track the replacment...and that tracking number will NEVER scan in Fedex 4. The will NEVER replace the returned product, nor give you a refund 5. Walmart.com will not be able to help 6. You will be out of your money with nothing to show for it but high blood pressure, headaches, frustration, wasted days of PTO (waiting for packages to arrive that are not coming) and medical bills.

Do not do business with this company. I returned an item a month ago and no refund still. Call them you say….nope…. Only e-mail communication…..and it seems to be a computer response. Do NOT buy ANY product from this Walmart Marketplace seller- 100% complete scam! I received a dining table I paid close to $300 for, damaged, so I reached out immediately to let Simply Escalia know and see how I can get a replacement. I was asked to send several photos, and then to box it up as it came to be returned via FedEx pickup. Once picked up by FedEx, I did not hear from Simply Escalia for weeks. I had to continuously reach out via email and phone- where I spoke to the same customer service person every time? When calling, it did not ring, but music played and a man picked up with no greeting- odd. I was told three weeks after my package was picked up that it weighed over 100 pounds and needs to be investigated, as it did not match what was sent out- also false. I was told my replacement was on the way, and then that it was not due to investigating the return. I have gotten a complete runaround since returning this item. I have since reached out to Walmart to report this and they are helping me. Save your time, money and frustration and DO NOT buy from this Seller- 0 stars if that was an option.

This has been an all around terrible transaction. Emailed customer service about damaged product and sent photos that clearly show the busted styrofoam, that almost all pieces of furniture were scratched up, and all hardware was scattered throughout the box. I got a response that stated their records show item was delivered with no damage. This company should not be allowed to sell items on Walmart.com. Every review here is sounds like a complete nightmare. TERRIBLE!

After going thru all the hoops of sending photos of damaged product, multiple emails, putting merchandise on porch for FEDX pick up a refund was not issued. I along with several others are rating this company as a scam. I have reported to walmart marketplace. For your protection DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS SELLER, SIMPLY ESCALIA!!

I wish I could give this company 0 stars! Exactly what everyone else is saying is what happened to me. Thank God Walmart gave me my refund. I bought a mirrored console table from them. First only the top arrived so I called simply Escalia to ask them to ship the bottom piece, they gave me the run around at first but than shipped the second half after I threatened to sue them. Finally the second box came a few weeks later, the piece was completely damaged and mirror pieces falling out. When I went to open the first box and take the top out to see the condition of it it was damaged as well. I immediately took pictures so they could see the damage. They than tried to say that the item was in use because I set it up so they could see on the front and back where the damage was and told me they would give me a partial discount. This was 100% unacceptable. There is nothing you can do with a cracked up mirror console. Thank God Walmart gave me my refund after looking at all of their emails to me and my emails to them and I was told to discard the item. Walmart needs to stop doing business with them. They are now sending fedex to my home daily to pick up a console that I discarded and sending emails daily. They are awful and should do what’s right in their business. Please DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I should have read these reviews before I ordered a table and 4 chairs through walmart.com. Simply Escalia is as bad or worse than these reviews depict. My experience also included shipping two of the four chairs ordered and the table without the table base. After 2 months and many emails to them but no honest replies to my requests for when the missing items would be shipped, I have given up. Be sure not to order anything through this company!!

I agree, with all, of the these reviews! To make a long story short; do not order from this company!!!!! My review, would be a "negative-five", if I was allowed to post, such a review. The "Coaster" furniture I purchased, is even worse, than this "illegitimate" company, I purchased it from! "DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY (Coaster furniture)"!!!!!!
