Exact same experience as Kiv. Ordered 2 dining chairs weeks ago, shipped via FedEx on 7/27/20 but Walmart shows "delayed-check back later for status update". FedEx tracking number does not work. Walmart tracking on it's site shows it was shipped from Beverly Hills on the 27th but no updates since. Emailed the company with no response. Walmart refunded me and provided a $25 promo code.

Do not buy from this seller. I made several purchases from them that were cancelled the next day, I was told I could purchase them again but at a higher price. That is illegal and fraudulent!!! This is a very bad company, stay away.

Order thru Walmart a rug, was suspose to here by Dec 4th, sent email to them, oh will reply in 48 hrs BS, 2x I sent email, heard nothing, So Walmart has refunded.

Placed order 6/21/20 order showed delayed. 07/3/20 they sent an email apologizing. 7/7/20 they sent another email saying my product would be delivered within a week here it is 8/13/20 and haven’t heard from them since

Terrible service. Purchased product on Walmart marketplace. Was told product was shipped and given a Fedex tracking number that didn't work. I never received the product. Emailed the company twice and had no response. Walmart ended up refunding my money because this company would not respond to their emails as well.
