Horrible company. On 7/26/2020, I ordered McCormick® Culinary™ Zesty Lemon Pepper Seasoning 18.5 oz. Shaker from them. They sent notification that the item had shipped on 7/27 with delivery expected 8/3 and provided a Fed Ex tracking number 395168844546 . The item did not arrived on 8/3, so, I checked the tracking. A label had been created, but the item was never dropped off for shipping. I reached out to the seller through Walmart.com on 8/5 and received an email stating "Your Message was sent to SHOPIMO, Ref ID: DCF6A6A2E6ED469083BE30E996029507" and that I should hear from them within 48 hours. No response. I called Shopimo on 8/10 at the number provided 678-691-3687. The phone rang and rang and then disconnected. No voice mail. So, I worked through Walmart.com to have the order cancelled and my credit card reimbursed. I can understand a package lost in shipment. I cannot forgive a package that was never shipped coupled with the absence of any response to my inquiry. BUYERS BE WARE!

I ORDERED A PAN FROM WHAT I THOUGHT WAS WALMART. IT ARRIVED IN A WHIMPY BOX CRUSHED. PAN HAD SCRATCHES ON THE INSIDE AND ON THE BOTTOM. OBVIOUSLY USED. OF COURSE UPON FURTHER REVIEW I REALIZED THIS WAS NOT FROM WALMART AT ALL BUT FROM SHOPIMO. BE SURE AND CHECK SELLER, NOT JUST SHIPPER (WHICH WAS WALMART). DIFFICULT TO THEN CONTACT SHOPIMO. ZERO STARS!

This SHOPIMO marketplace is horrible . I have ordered the same item 3 times and have received three confirmations that it has shipped and yet not one has been delivered. Neither FedEx nor the Postal Service ever received the item. They don’t even deserve a one star rating

I ordered Turbo Tax 2020 Deluxe. $49.85 + $4.99 delivery + $2.99 tax = $57.83. I received the package in a timely fashion. However, the box had an empty folder labeled "turbotax" with an "empty box" yellow sticker. There was no CD or download code. The phone number on the delivery box went to a series of special promotions - no customer service. I currently have no Turbotax program and no way to contact the responsible person. The Walmart website said, "Sold & Shipped by SHOPIMO". If one star is the lowest rating, then I give the service a one star.

Ordered an 8,000 btu Frigidaire air conditioner through what I thought was Walmart. Shortly after I realized I had accidentally purchased from a third party, because our air conditioner didn’t arrive in a timely matter like the rest of our order. Fast forward nearly three weeks. Our air conditioner showed up. It clearly stated on the side 6,000 BTU. I contacted shopimo who wanted me to keep the one they sent and offered to refund 10% of the price paid. The price difference between the 6,000 and 8,000 was near 30%. Took the item to Walmart for a refund, now waiting for them to ship it back to shopimo for a full refund. They estimate at least two weeks. So I’ve had near $400 tied up for three weeks already and at least another two weeks. I’m not happy with shopimo or Walmart at this point to say the least. Lesson learned. I’ll go to Lowe’s next time. Negative stars if I could.

Placed an order and after 23 days I still have not seen my order or heard from this company. I will not use them ever again... I give them 1 star because there is nothing lower...

They shipped the wrong item. I did receive a return label, but yet to be refunded. Do not buy anything from these people. They will not refund your money after return has been completed. I have contacted Support every day for the last ten days and yet to hear anything from them. I rate them a BIG 0.

I orderd Qunol Turmeric Curcumin 1000mg Ultra High Absorption 120 Softgels on August 8 and I called WM and they said it was going to be delivered yesterday by 3. Well nothing! I called WM again at 10 they said it will be here by 2. NOTHING! Called WM again and they sent an email to this so called company and I should hear back from them within 48 hrs! If not - I will contact Better Business Bureau or federal authorities for FRAUD! I will be contacting ReportFraud.ftc.gov. if I do not hear anything after 48 hours! My score -0! If they had negative stars THAT WHAT I WOULD GIVE! THEY DO NOT EVEN DESERVE 1 STAR NEGATIVE 100 STARS! DO NOT USE THEM!!!

1 out of five stars because zero wasn't an option. They failed to even deliver the product I ordered. I'm amazed that companies like this get away with taking payment immediately, failing to deliver on the goods, and on the delivery date (which remained the same, throughout, and without update or warning), they lackadaisically report that "After further research it shows we are out of stock and so is our supplier." Seriously, fuck this company. Irresponsible, incompetent, unacceptable.

Ordered Gardettos from Walmart. Got a confirmation that package was delivered, but did not get it. Contacted Walmart& was told shipper would contact me. After two days I hadn't heard anything so I contacted Walmart again to get a refund.

Delivery was by FedEx and the container of Turmeric I ordered was destroyed in shipping. Totally disintegrated because it was not packed in an insulated box.

AWFUL! I ordered diapers from walmart.com almost 2 weeks ago, was told it would be delivered on August 18th, still not here, no shipping info outside of shipper creating label on the 16th!!! I have to choose one star, but my real choice is ZERO! No customer service, I called and it went to a VOICEMAIL!

Ordered La Dolce Vita Almond Biscotti's on Oct 11th. 2 containers,$40 purchase. Message rec'd was shipped next day [12th]. Another message advised to arrive Oct 27th. [15 days?] Never arrived..3 calls to WalMart.Said they would contact Shopimo each time and would hear from them in 48 hrs. Never did. It is now Nov 9th.One month later. NO DELIVERY,NO FUTURE DELIVERY DATE OFFERED AND WALMART SAYS THAT THEY CANNOT CANCEL ORDER FROM A 3RD PARTY VENDOR!!! My only option is to ask for a return authorization IF delivered. I'm dome with Shopino,done with WalMart on line and most likely will not step foot in my local WalMart store. Hope WalMart reads these comments. PS: If by chance the pkg DOES show up I will not ask for a return auth.I will contest the charge with Citi Bank Visa and let Shopino figure out what to do.

Ordered a variety pack of Hostess products 9/17/21 today is 10/19 /21 still haven't received them yet. Walmart not much help in this matter.

A month later and I still cannot get the item I ordered. I contact them, my order status gets updated to shipped and I get a delivery date but I never receive the product. I would Not good buy anything from this company as apparently they are just a scam.

I placed an order on 10/08/21. I was texted with a delivery date of 10/14/2021. As of 10/17, I received a refund, no explanation yet product is still being advertised on walmart website, & now price has increased significantly. WHAT A RIPOFF. NO STARS

Never received product and they would never reply to my emails. Wal-Mart would not even help me. I would rate ZERO if I could.

I ordered a product on September 19 and was advised that it had shipped. Now (October 10) it says that the product has been delayed, but not shipped yet. Poor service and apparently dishonest. Never again. If you order, better use Paypal. At least they won't have your money upfront.

I orders a pack of lighters for $15 from walmart and shopimo was supposed to fill that order....they sent me the wrong item....no big deal, that happens. They send me a shipping label and ask me to attach that to the package and bring it to walmart ready for shipping. I do that and the guy at the counter takes it and tells me I'm all set....I said I don't get a receipt and he said nope you're all set....then....nothing at all for months. I ask them what is up and they say they need proof that I brought it to walmart. I never have this issue on amazon or target. So now I am out my $15 and the wrong pack of lighters plus a trip to walmart and my sanity. avoid this if you value your time or money.

RED FLAG - SCAM, SCAM, SCAM! I ordered a floor cleaner from the Walmart site and it has indicated that it was shipped, however, I have not received. After ordering, my information was stolen and used to order X-Box gift cards (over $300.00) and 5 jars of popcorn. Beware!!!!!!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. This company is less than 1 star. I still have not received my items ordered on 11/17/21 and 11/21/21. When I try to track my orders on USPS it just says shipping label created for both orders. Walmart website says my shipments are “delayed.” I have tried contacting the company through email for a refund and they sent an email back stating I missed the cancellation window and said I could start a return if I’d like. I emailed back stating I have no items to return because I never received them. They never responded back. I will definitely be more careful from now on and make sure to never order from SHOPIMO again.

HORRIBLE! I ordered Goya Adobo seasoning, 2 containers. Both had cracks/holes and powder was everywhere. I will never order from them, through Walmart, again.

This company must be a scam. I placed an order on January 4th and it is now February 1st and I have not received anything. SHOPIMO told me it was shipped and that I would receive my order on January 20th. Sent an email of complaint to Walmart and they said I would hear from SHOPIMO within 48 hours. I received the email today and this is what they replied: Hello, All online orders can only cancelled within one hour of checkout. Items/orders shipping from Our Fulfillment Center have a slightly extended cancellation window. If you missed the window of time to cancel You can start return process by us providing you pre-paid label. We appreciate your business and apologize for the inconvenience. Shopimo | Customer Support This is BS! I can't cancel? I can't return what I never received. I'm done ordering from Walmart if this is who they allow selling on their website.

The seller deserves a "0" stars. I ordered a product from them on the Walmart website and two weeks later it still is not here. I have gotten several notices that it would be late and coming at one date and then another and then another. I asked Walmart for a refund after being strung along 2 weeks. Everything else in that same order I got in 2 days. STAY AWAY: FROM THIS PATHETIC SELLER !!!!!!!!!

I ordered 2 items on 9/20/2023. Walmart sent me a tracking number from Shopimo, which stated the items will be sending to USPS, and the delivery date is 10/30/2023. OMG I’ll never shop online Walmart for the rest of my life…

Ordered Kirkland Signature Hearing Aids/Size 13-48ct on Aug. 1, 2023 -Order # 2000111-9194276 thru Wal Mart and as of October 24,2013 I still haven't receive this order. Request to Wal Mart to cancel and credit my account has not been honored. VERY POOR BUSINESS ON BOTH WALMART AND SHOPIMO.

I made a purchase through Walmart dot com on 9/8/23 not realizing that the vendor was Shopimo who has previously ripped me off. As in many previous reviews and my previous purchase my order has not been fulfilled and the vendor took my money, but will not refund my money or resolve the problem. Shopimo is a scammer vendor. With consistent reviews and feedback such as all the reviews of this vendor why is Walmart.com allowing Shopimo access to the platform? Oh yeah Walmart likely gets a cut of every scam that Shopimo perpetrates on the site. Shame on both Shopimo and Walmart.
