i ordered a imac on15 jan. it arrived doa i called got return.mailed back..it arrived the 21st signed for buy bailey i called he said a mixup and he would either refund but i told him i wanted a imac he promised to get e a better replacement.nothing as yet wont answer phone.i cant find bbs in his town.lawyer said a waste of time.can you help......clint m cook ps he is a crook do not order from him

same thing ordered notebook might as well have been doa the fan in the thing sounded like it was going to chew its way to the outside among other issues. Not good!!

I order 2 of the dell chrome notebooks in April. When I received them I was very disappointed . They didn't work, they look like someone took them out of the trash and put them in the box. There was only one cord. There was only 1 cord. I want my money back. There was no invoice or packing list. Nothing that I could use to returned them. I ordered them through Walmart. I want to know how I can returned and get my money. It was sent in my husband name Wilburn Knowles. Waiting to here from you. Thank you June Knowles

I bought a laptop dell and this piece of crap won't even turn on this is just a damn shame i would not suggest no one to buy anything off this site if u can save your money for a new one this was just a total lost of money...
