Scranton West LLC is a scam. Do not buy from them. I purchased a stationary bike through Walmart. The bike never showed up. I called Walmart and the tracking number said the item was delivered. Called FedEx who did investigation and the tracking number was to another name and address. Tried to call the Scranton West LLC and the number doesn't work. The email address is some throw away email account, [email protected] Like I said they are a scam DONT BUY FROM THEM!

Scranton West LLC is a scam. Don't buy from them. They said product was delivered through Fedex. Not delivered. It was a fraudulent tracking number. Walmart is refunding.

Just ordered a 'Lodge 14" Cast Iron pizza pan via Walmart.com. What arrived was clearly NOT a Lodge product. I forwarded images of the item as well as an image of the online description of the product to Lodge. They verified the that the add depicted their product but what I received was NOT their product. I'm sure they have been able to get away with this - but NOT WITH THIS Customer. I'm running this up the chain at Walmart and keeping Lodge appraised.

As others have previously reported, this seller is fraudulent. I ordered a car backseat cover and they supposedly shipped it via FedEx but the tracking number does not work. I got an email when it was supposedly delivered, but there was no package. I live in a building with 24/7 concierge service and they record every single package that arrives. They have no record of this one ever being here. I contacted Walmart customer service a few days after the supposed delivery to report a missing package and they escalated it to the seller, but the seller never did anything about it. I waited four more days and finally decided to contact customer service a second time. Walmart is now issuing me a refund for the order.

DO NOT BUY! BOUGHT AN A/C UNIT FROM THEM OFF OF WALMART AND THEY SENT A FAKE TRACKING NUMBER WITH AN EYEDROP! thank goodness walmart refunded me or i'll be out of $6000

Should have read reviews ! Ordered weed killer - Fedex said it was delivered (Handed to recipient) but I never saw it - contacted Walmart customer care who said Scranton would contact me - HAH! never heard from them. Luckily Walmart refunded my money - Just a big waste of time - Live and learn!

Scranton West LLc, is a intentional fraud. Ordered a printer from Walmart and supposedly it was shipped by Scranton via FedEx. According to FedEx the pack was left on the front porch of an unknown add in another city from where it was to be delivered. No contact information for Scranton and Walmart keeps telling you to contact the shipper. This is an intentional fraud over state lines, federal authorities are being contacted to file criminal complaint.
