Never received the cell phone case I ordered. SaveUpMore showed on USPS tracker that it was sent to the USPS for shipping on 10/14/20. USPS says they never received it. I tried calling this company but got voicemail which said mailbox was full. I emailed them with no response. I do not recommend buying from this WalMart seller.

Never received the cell phone case I ordered on Sept 3. SaveUpMore showed on USPS tracker that it was sent to the USPS for shipping. USPS says they never received it. Contacted company through online chat. I was told that approval would be needed to resend my order. I tried calling this company but got voicemail which said mailbox was full. I emailed them with no response. As of Sept 14 have not received my order. I do not recommend buying from this WalMart seller.

Do not trust this company. I orded a LG Xpression Phone case and i got the wrong case. Nobody even answers the number. Do not trust these guys at all.

Horrible product was damaged when shipped and screen protector was shattered in a day of it being placed on my phone.

Will NEVER order anything from this company again. Ordered four phones cases, they are all wrong...so I need to return them. I have send several emails to initiate the return with NO response whatsoever. Completely ridiculous. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

Ordered cell phone case. USPS shows a label was created but never received by post office. Does not answer phone. Walmart needs to drop this company as a Walmart associated seller.

I placed an order for a phone case on Feb. 7. I received an email with a tracking number that had been used with a different order and showed the item was delivered on Oct. 26 to Anna, IL. I am in Oregon. I called Walmart customer service about this matter. I got an email from SaveUpMore stating the standard COVID b.s., and asked me to wait a few more days for an update. I am questioning the integrity of this company and wondering if my product will even arrive.

Walmart needs to drop this company as a supplier. As stated in another review my tracking showed delivered to Pennsylvania on October 26, 2020. I just ordered it February 2021 to be delivered to Tennessee. Walmart can’t reach them by phone or email and I have not gotten a response from them either. Ridiculous!!!

Contacted them about a tracking glitch for my order (same as the others above- said it had been delivered in October when I ordered it in February) BUT IT GETS WORSE! WalMart reached out to them for me and I got a phone call fromSaveUpMore. According to the agent he will issue a refund and reorder BUT FIRST I needed to give him not just all my card information but also last 4 of my social and my MOTHERS MAIDEN NAME! When i questioned him about why he didnt have that info through WalMart he gave some bullshit about "required for international company to refund me." OK so I continued to question him about his contact info and exact details on my order and he knew enough to satisfy me, so I gave him the info. BIG STUPID MISTAKE and I should have known better. Next Day my Mastercard account was hacked, my brokerage account was hacked, and a bank account was opened in my name! So far I fixed everything but even today 5 days later someone tried to hack into my Trans Union account to remove the credit freeze! THANKS WALMART! Apparently some fraudster intercepted your message to SAVEUPMORE. I finally contacted WalMart customer service direct and gave them the phone # of the scammer who called me. They said that number was in their database as a scam number! WHAT THE FUCK! STOP SELLING THEIR PRODUCTS!

I believe I order cellphone case from Walmart . NOT from saveupmore.com! This seller is scam artist. Order never come. Walmart get the payment but dust off their responsibility. I will try to get my money back.
