Only gave one star because it won’t let me put 0!!! My first and my LAST time shopping with them !!! I ordered a hp envy 7640 it took about a week to get here then these idiots send the WRONG PRODUCT! They sent the hp envy 7645 which does the same exact thing as the 40 but is NOT instant ink compatible(whole reason why I Purchased 7640) meanwhile It’s friday so theres no way for me to get in touch with them until Monday,I have $200 worth of orders to take out this week but since I have no printer that’s compatible I cannot do the order ,the printer that was delivered came with cartridges yet it will not last 200 prints and I am not paying $30-$70 for ink! So I call Walmart trying to see what we can do,all they could do was give me a $25 compensation GC, refund me the money(which won’t come back into my account until they receive the product they said can take up to 3weeks) and now cause of that I won’t have money to order a new CORRECT printer with this worthless company!!!!!Which also means I have no idea when I can repurchase since the money won’t come back until about a month and I won’t have a printer to make orders for another month therefore how the hell am I supposed to do it!!!!! WORST COMPANY! SEARCH ELSEWHERE!!! They never sent an email stating they were out of stock or anything therefore they would send me that model,they just did! UGHHH IM SO INFURIATED RIGHT NOW! IT TOOK A LONG TIME FOR ME TO BE ABLE TO RAISE THAT MONEY AND NOW ILL BE RIGHT BACK WHERE I STARTED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
