We recently ordered a dumbbell rack from this seller. We waited 3 weeks which was fine given the times we live in now. However, This product arrived damaged. Upon contacting seller customer service they were less than helpful and told us we were out of luck and they did not have another product to replace it with. It was also our responsibility to contact ups. Walmart.com had to refund us as this seller was not helpful in the least. I DISCOURAGE ANYONE BUYING FROM THIS SELLER AS THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRENDOUS. We had to jump through hoops simply to get our money back. Do not recommend.

I ordered a heating pad which was out of stock and still waiting on a refund.

I ordered CLR Calcium Lime and Rust Remover, Multi-Use Household Cleaner, 28 fl oz for $4.18, as offered by this seller on Walmart's website. I was advised it would take about 3 1/2 weeks to receive my order. Five days after placing my order, it was cancelled by SALES REPUBLIC, and they sent me the following e-mail: "Dear Customer, Due to our system problem our price was reduced in an extreme level. Our software just couldn't work properly. That's why customers saw the reduced price. We are still working on it and fixing the issue. We couldn't generate the orders because our suppliers' price is high. So we had to cancel every order and your order too. We already held a meeting with our company CEO for solving the issue. For us, our customer priority is fast. We are trying to fix this issue as soon as possible. Till then please wait for some time. We will contact you after solving the issue. This is an extreme loss for us and also for our valued customers. We are really ashamed of this and please accept our apology. It's a request. There is NO FRAUD, your credit card was never charged. If charged, you will get your refund back to your card. We apologize again for the inconvenience but do still hope you have a good rest of your day. Thank you. SALES REPUBLIC" Something is not right with this vendor and Walmart should remove them immediately. Though they are telling me that their $4.18 price "was reduced in an extreme level," the same item is available at Home Depot for $5.87, which is where I now intend to make my purchase. I suggest customers stay away from this seller on Walmart.

I ordered (2 Batteries) Panasonic Cr2032 Lithium Coin Cell Battery 3V Blister Packed from Walmart which sold this product through Sales Republic. I sent a message asking them "why are both of the battery packets cut in half? The bottom part is gone. They were cut off and the top part with the battery was put in a sealed small white envelope inside the mailing box? This is their response: Dear Customer, We are sorry for the inconvenience, We do our best to ensure that all of our customers' orders go as smoothly as possible and I am sorry this was not the case this time. I request you Please send us a return request. Go to your Walmart Account. Then go to your "Track Order". Search with your Order ID:3222128947968 Then you will see a return option. Click there. Thank you. They did not answer my question and I definitely will not be doing any business with them in the future. The whole thing was very strange. I hope the batteries are not expired!!!
