This outfit is awful. I purchased an item through Walmart from this outfit. They are lazy, irresponsible, clearly not customer-focused. If you are reading this, Do Not Purchase From This Outfit…you’ll be soooo sorry if you do. They take your money and don’t deliver the merchandise….and they just don’t care. Be a wise and aware consumer.

I purchased a new Fitbit Surge from Sales Master through Walmart. The device is defective, as it will not hold a charge. Disappointed! I just sent them a message today, I will update later to provide a review of their responsiveness . So far the rating for the defective device is: One star.

I had an issue with a product they sold, it is called Tile Stickers.. Which is a pack of 4 two of the tiles are just plan defective and do not really work at all... The other two do not work with Google home hub.. I bought this item early for a Christmas present. They basically told me to contact tile company directly which they tell me to contact the Vender.. 30 days around Christmas time is a joke but not standing behind the product your are selling is even worse... This company clearly does not actual care about The Customer. This Company will not address an issue with a product after the 30 days window.. No clue what they will do before that.. Do NOT BUY FROM THIS VENDOR.

After exhausting research, I was excited to get a pair of highly rated ultimate ears wonderboom2 speakers. This 3rd party candor for Walmart sent me defective speakers. Sound crackles and disappears. Sad & disappointed
