I ordered a perfume called Scoundrel I use to buy it when I was younger. I don't remember it smelling like this. I though it smelt different. To me it smells like they have had it on the shelf from way back when. Then they decided to sell it. I don't know

Like the saying goes, "you get what you pay for" that's why I always buy straight from the companies that make the products, especially perfumes. Based on all the negative reviews, I won't be trying out zilch from this seller.

I purchased a product from this seller and I had problem with the product. I sent message multiple times because I wanted to return but the seller never replied to my messages.

Product took over a month to arrive, its a counterfeit

Terrible service. Item never arrived. I emailed them numerous times on the customer services email address on their website, but had no response. I have had to escalate the problem to paypal to try to obtain a refund. Avoid at all costs.

TERRIBLE Customer Service. I received notification that the item shipped and the expected date of arrival. I never received my order and it was noted as, “Customer changed mind” which was not true. Later found out through Walmart that the item was out of stock.

I believe this firm is selling counterfeit perfumes. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Horrible seller they sold me a used product and refused to give me a refund!!!

This seller is a scammer. I returned perfume within 24 hrs that I did not like. I did a very tiny test so the bottle is completely full. They kept my money, refuses to call me back and now will not answer the phone. I have been calling constantly. When I finally talked to a receptionist he said he showed that they did receive the bottle back and would process my return. I think they are reselling the perfume that I don’t like plus keeping my money. I called Walgreens, put a complaint in and told them how horrible this merchant is and they need to remove them as one of their vendors. I will NEVER buy from Walgreens or this vendor ever again. Walgreens should not allow scammers to sell through their company. I have shopped for years at Walgreens for not only prescriptions but other products and merchandise. I feel they should have stepped in and returned my money. Walgreens refused to refund me as well but on the upside they did say they would push this complaint to management who is over the vendors reviews and customer satisfaction surveys. I am praying Sai holdings ww, inc will lose Walgreens as a company who is willing to let them do business with them
