I have been wanting to message you for the past 2 weeks but keep forgetting.. I guess because I have not been using the webcam. But, since there is only 3 more days for me to initiate the return.. I'd better message you now. I have been wanting to ask you where is the tripod that is supposed to come with the "Logitech 1080p Pro Steam" camera? Please send me the tripod that is supposed to come with the camera.. Thank you.

I submitted a claim for a laptop that was considered lost after this company claimed it was delivered they are mishandling these orders and need to.get it together issue my refund or mail me my laptop cause I need it for work

Do not buy from this company, they sell products that have been mishandled and mistreated at whatever low-grade storage place they store things at, I bought thru Walmart and received a streaming camera for Christmas that only worked twice before it completely went blurry and stopped working. i messaged them a day after my 30day policy expired and they were so happy to let me know i was screwed. i guess thats why they rely on that policy so much. just shows what kind of company theyre running, zero confidence in their re-selling of products. i will be contacting walmart until something is done about these low-life hooligans. i say hooligans because they overcharge by 20% then regular store.

This shipper made an erron on pricing of the gopro hero 7white for 133$ on walmart.con they canceled my purchase and changed the price to 199.99! Own your mistake and follow threw with the order... can't be trusted

I ordered a playstation 5 for 1,069 which is extremely over priced but my son wanted the game so bad since x mas so we paid the price and he was so excited so once ordered he bought some games and once he received the console it was broken and said it was unable to read discs which we tried a few and they were brand new....SUCH A DISAPPOINTMENT!!! Waiting for refund now.

Ordered XBoxs 'package' made it 15 miles away held and then sent back by Royal. Every attempt for clarification was just a re-read of shipping. Days later a promise that I'll get it from 'another warehouse'. Package set in Orlando for two weeks... Almost a month late. If you're out of stock just say THAT. Not send fake packages or what ever issues that you're having and dont promise what you can not handle!!!!!!!!

What the.... this is absolutely ridiculous that you charged $1,000 for a PS5 which I never have authorization to do so. My son (who is a minor) only placed his name on the waitlist through Walmart got scammed. I've tried to contact the company and no response. Never using online walmart again, did not realize how bad third party really are until now.

I have read many bad reviews and I prefer not to buy something from this company . Good thing I started reading bad comments.

Biggest scammer on Walmart and I sure wish they would force him to leave. I ordered three roku units and I had asked what year they were manufactured and I was told 2022. I placed the order and when I received it, one was a 2022 model and two were 2021 models. I contacted them and I was told that they only carry 2022 models and I must have bought the 2021 models from them a year ago. I told them I just ordered and received them. the said send us the order number and we will look into it. I sent the Walmart order number, the date ordered, the date shipped, the date rceived and pictures of the manufacutre date on the boxes. No reply. several days later I asked for a reply and was told they were still waiting for the information they requested. I forwarded the original email. two days later I receive and email reply only there is nothing in the message box, totally blank. Asked again what was going on and no response. I then said what kind of scam / con game are you playing? Then here comes all of the feable excuses. It was just a mistake in shipping. We did not have anything to do with it, Walmart shipped it and on and on and on. I then asked if it was a mistake, why did you not try to resolve the mistake. No reply except the we are not scammers. If you really want to dispute that fact, you might want to read some of your reviews. Biggest scammer on Walmart. I would not buy from them again if they offered a buy a new car and get two free. All i get now is the thanks you for the kind words and have a blssed day. A blessed day will be the day you are forced into bankruptcy. If you order from this scammer after reading this, do not complain, it is your fault.
