I ordered 2 sets of dinner plates from them on Feb 2 and got a notification that my package was delivered via fedex on Feb 8, the package was not there. I contacted Fedex and they couldn't locate it, then I contacted Riley and they said it was a glitch in their system and it would be delivered to me by end of day Feb 12. Well it's Feb 12 and I got a notification saying it was delivered. Again, no package. I contacted Fedex and was told that the package had my name with the tracking number but a different address and someone in Florida got it! I'm frustrated by the fact that twice now it was supposed to be here and isn't! Something is very wrong with this company. It takes forever for them to get back to a customer and when they do they just keep repeating the same message, as if it's a auto generated form they send out to all their customers who are unhappy with their services. Lastly, their prices are twice as much as other retailers and if it wasn't for the fact that no where else had the plates I wanted I wouldn't have paid that much. In the end I've got to look around for what I want because it looks like I'm not going to get them shipped to me from this seller! I'm very frustrated and will never order from this place again! Buyer Beware!
