ZERO STARS - I ordered from this company through Walmart on March 7th. Shortly thereafter I was notifed by Walmart that the company did not have the items in stock and said I should contact the seller and ask for a refund. I emailed them and they said there was a mistake and they did have the items in stock and they would be shipping them to me shortly. When I check the tracking number the status is at "pending" and has been since March 7th. I emailed Red Cyclone again on March 17th and asked for a refund since I haven't receive d the items. They responded that my order is being prepared and I can return it when I receive. Honestly I don't believe they have the products - if you're preparing it for shipping then you can un pack it and refund my money. I will never buy from this seller again. I do not believe they are trustworthy.
