BUYER BEWARE! On March 3, 2020 I ordered a showerhead through the Sears website. When the item arrived it was not what I had ordered. I tried to return the item but received an email stating the request for return was denied. I have sent 6 emails and left 7 voice mails since with no response. I finally called Sears on April 1 to see if they could help. After speaking with an agent at Sears I was placed on hold for 54 minutes, yes that is exact, I was on my cell phone during my lunch hour. Had to hang up to return to work. 2 hours later I received an email from, wait for it; CHRIS, stating the return window was closed! BUYER BEWARE! If buying something online, check first to make sure isn't coming from Red Cardinal!!

I ordered an item (a Phase 10 card game) from Red Cardinal Direct (through walmart.com) for $9.70 on 14 Dec. I discovered the next day that the exact same item is available at my local Walmart for $4.97. Additionally, on the walmart.com website, the exact same item is available from another seller as a two pack for $10.99 (which includes shipping and handling). So obviously, Red Cardinal Direct is not the cheapest seller. So I intended to cancel the order and buy the item at my local Walmart for a cheaper price. I sent an email to the Red Cardinal Direct on 15 Dec, 11:37 a.m., requesting cancellation of my order (see above for the reason). I also explained why. I received a reply email on 15 Dec, 12:41 p.m., from "Chris", who said, "Hi, I apologize, your order is unable to be cancelled. Thank you, Chris". I then replied on 15 Dec, 2:30 p.m., "May I ask why not? It has not been shipped yet, according to Walmart.com tracking status. If you can't cancel the order, then can you at least price match the store @ $4.97? Or send two sets of cards?" "Chris" then replied on 15 Dec, 2:40 p.m, "Because we are working today to get orders out. I can assure you that I'm not going to ship an order to avoid cancelling it. Your order is already going to USPS. It doesn't show a scan, but I can't retrieve it. I'm sorry, but I can't offer a price match, and the listing does not state anything about being a 2 pack of the item. Thank you. Chris" So obviously, "Chris" will not let me cancel the order (that he is overcharging me for). While this is my fault for not being more observant and diligent before placing an order via walmart.com, I can assure you that I will not purchase another item from Red Cardinal Direct, regardless of the price. Like the old adage states: "Buyer Beware." "Chris might be getting twice the price for the item I ordered, but he will not get my business ever again.

Never buy from this seller. They sent a fake courier to an address similar to the one I entered and refused to refund. Also, customer service is very poor.

I purchased an item from Red Cardinal Industries through walmart.com as a birthday gift for one of my nieces. The wrong item was delivered so I went to Walmart and returned the item. I was charged a restocking fee and return shipping by Red Cardinal Industries in an amount that netted me $0!!! It was Red Cardinal Industries error and I'm out the item AND the money?? If I had known of the restocking fee and return shipping charges upfront, I would've just kept the incorrect item. It wasn't worth all that hassle or losing the money. I definitely will never purchase an item from Red Cardinal Industries again.

I bought an item on Walmart from the seller Red Cardinal Industries. It was marked as delayed and can't be tracked by USPS so I wrote to the seller to find out why it's delayed and if it will arrive on time. The owner of Red Cardinal Industries Chris Anderson is very rude. He called me a liar and said that he will only help me if I admit that I found the item cheaper in a store in person. I will never shop with him again.
