I ORDERED NAVY BEANS AND TRIED CONTACTING THEM 3 TIMES WITH NO RESPONSE. VERY POOR ROTTON CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Don't do business with these crooks. Won't respond to emails at all. And the guy on the phone will answer but never help you just take your info and get back to you. No one has remote competency of what you want. Just to respond with the same cookie cutter email.

This failing business has THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE after they STEAL YOUR MONEY. Beware !!! Stay Away !!! Their representatives will lie to you each time you call. They promise and promise, then lie when breaking their promises... this after sending crushed and spilled open boxes of rolled oats. I'm reporting Rebel Smuggling to the Postmaster General and Federal Trade Commission and Food and Drug Administration for "Selling dangerous food products for human consumption," and for "Theft From Consumer." Hopefully their fines and/or forfeiture of business license will put them out of business so they can do no more harm to online buyers.

This company is a ripoff and Price Gouger. Order 1 box of Bow Tie Pasta Farfalle (Barilla) 1lb, thru Walmart and what should have been less than $4 the charged me $54.37. I contacted both Walmart customer service and sent communication to Rebel Smuggling LLC and BOTH assured me the order would be cancelled and a refund would be provided, NEITHER of which happened. Rebel Smuggling informed me that their listed was for 6 boxes not just one which is a 100% BS lie as it is listed on the Walmart website as 1 16oz box and the packing slip I got with my 1 16oz box also sates it is for 1 box NOT 6. Steer clear of this crooked price gouging company PERIOD!!!!!! Rusty M.

I have never been so disappointed with Walmart. I was charged $2.91 for a 4 ounce can of bush baked beans. you can purchase a 16 ounce for under that. I will be letting the government know about being ripped off by this company.

I just have a question about the Ragu old world style spaghetti sauce Mushroom, it’s posted on Walmart. It says 12 Pack: with the price listed at 74.06 My question is what is considered a 12 package. Hopefully it’s not 12 jars for 74.06 price. I am interested in buying but I don’t know how much I am buying plus the expiration date. 1 star lack of information.

I canceled my order a few hours after I placed it. They said they would get back to me. Still haven’t heard anything in 24 hours so I put it another request to cancel it. Still haven’t heard anything. Next day it shipped. I don’t want it and nobody knows how to check their email.

DO NOT BUY BULK CANDY FROM THIS SELLER!!! My order came in a ziplock bag, that had came open during shipping. There was HAIR mixed in with the candy, as well as little pieces of what looks like jolly ranchers. The wrappers were melted onto the candy, not sure if its expired or improperly stored at their facility. And as far as customer service/returns, FORGET ABOUT IT, THEY DONT ANSWER!!!

Placed an order on Tuesday March 16, 2021 on their direct website. Took my credit card information and charged my card. Received a confirmation that my order was placed. Not a word until I contacted them on Monday March22, 2021 asking about my order. Was informed that it may ship within the next 2-3 days but could not guarantee delivery. I offered to pay for expedited shipping which I was informed they do not do. I need my order by Friday March26th. Asked them to cancel my order. VERY DISAPPOINTED with their lack of communication. I hope that I will get a credit on my card.
