Real Basics

I can not give a review. Im want to try this product because i was referred by a friend. Would like to know when it will be available.

I own a company Seattle with the same name as this company. For at least the last two years I've been getting phone calls from people asking when their product is going to be delivered. Each time I tell them that the company they're looking for seems to be located somewhere in Cranbrook, New Jersey. I've repeatedly asked WalMart support people to get this straightened out, obviously without success. I've attempted to contact this company, also with no success. They don't have their own website They have a Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/realbasicsny/) but as of today it hasn't been updated since March of 2017. Their email address is just a gmail address ([email protected]) When you call their number you get a generic "the party you are trying to reach is not available, please leave a message after the tone" recording. I've been unable to find them on Yelp or Google Note: for some reason the same company (phone number) seems to get very high customer ratings at Amazon.com. "99% positive lifetime (7937 total ratings)" As of today they only have a 52% positive rating on WalMart. I'm in no way affiliated with either Amazon or Walmart. And I'd prefer to keep it that way. In particular I'd like to stop getting phone calls and email from their customers.
