DESIGN TACTICS IS THE SELLER....Ordered Alcatel Trac phone. Phone wouldn't activate. Customer service said our area not compatible with sim card. Although they sold us wrong phone for our area wanted us to pay for new sim card. Returned phone now seller won't pay back $7 shipping even though return dept. assured us they would. Very bad service. They do this to just 20 customers a day and they have $140.00 for that day. Nice scam. Sell wrong phone for area and make some money. O stars. This is an Alcatel Trac Phone. If I could afford that $7 , I wouldn't be buying the cheapest phone on the planet.

Very bad service! I ordered an $80 toy from this company through Walmart and never received it! Walmart customer service also confirmed the toy was delivered to the wrong address and they still will NOT give me a refund. This has been going on since April and I am still being forced to pay the $80 because I used my Walmart credit card. The customer service is horrible and are rude. It’s as if you are emailing a robot.
