Ordered an item. They sent an email that it was shipped, and then one that said it was delivered. Tracking showed it to be a package to some lady in the Bronx in NY, not my package. FedEx said the tracking number is probably bogus They are not responding to any emails for help or for info. In the mean time the item is getting sold out everywhere or has delivery dates well after Christmas. TOTALLY unreliable company. I'll hold back saying unethical until I see if the package is actually delivered

Minus 0. Sent the wrong item. Never do business with them. They didn't even try to contact me after I've emailed two times. Dint buy their products.

Stay away from this so called business!! They sent the wrong item and never responded back to the issue they created. I asked for a refund and have yet to receive it. Walmart needs to stop doing business with them asap.

Beware of this seller, they are online thieves. They are thieves that take your money, do not send you your product and then will not respond to Walmart's customer service to contact you to resolve your " FedEx delivered, but did not receive shipment" issue. Why FedEx and Walmart would gang rape you while this seller continues to prey upon Walmart shoppers is beyond me. I had to give one star or this web page would not let me send this rating.

Do not order from this company. Sent my grandkids Christmas gifts to the wrong address, never to be seen again. They do not respond to emails or phone calls. Can’t believe Walmart is dealing with this 3rd party company. They are a fraud!

I ordered something and put in my right address and they sent it somewhere else and I still haven't recieved my package. I tried calling and all I get is an answer machine.

I placed an order on 11/21/2020. The seller indicated the item was shipped and was delivered on 11/27/2020 by FedEx. I have security cameras and there was no FedEx delivery to my home on 11/27/2020 so I contacted Walmart about this and this seller, Walmart issued a refund but my credit card was charged again by Walmart by this seller. The FedEx tracking number provided according to FedEx was for a woman at an address different from my address. The seller indicated they were sorry and their shipping department sent the wrong tracking information and provided a new tracking number. That tracking number has not information for the package even received by them. Unbelievable that Walmart would allow this seller to remain in its marketplace. There is not one positive review for this seller everyone is saying the same thing. This seller is absolutely horrible and needs to be removed from the Walmart marketplace immediately. They deserve negative infinity stars! Not even one! Horrible subpar customer service that is non-existent!

I ordered 6 bottles of Clean Shower which I paid top dollar as you can't find it in the stores. 3 bottles were damaged during shipping and returned to Ramji Shippers. They have not responded to my repeated emails over several months. Walmart needs to ban them from selling and ripping off customers on the Walmart marketplace. I gave them 1 star as it would not let me give them 0.

These people do not respond to emails. They are horrible to deal with. They said they would reship my order they never shipped in the first place and never did. I have been very patient but enough is enough. TERRIBLE!!!!!!

Item ordered was delivered to the wrong address. I have been trying to get them to respond for over a week and have gotten nowhere.

The most horrible purchase experience. Got totally ripped off! The seller is selling through Walmart, as some sort of third party seller. They claimed to have refund guarantee, or you figure that Walmart would back you up, since this dude is using their name... But, nope. I cancel my order within 5 minutes of purchase since they claimed originally it would take 3 weeks for my item to arrive. They still went through with the purchase, and 2 days later told me there was nothing they could do because it had already started the "fulfillment" process (even though it was going to take 3 weeks to arrive. Anyhow... is a scam. The items I purchased, were bought from Walmart, (they even arrived in a a SAMS box), BUT SOLD to me at a much higher price. Can you say sucker? Don't be one.... don't buy from them.

these people are straight rip off artists....twice walmart has told them to reimburse me. I have left 4 messages by phone and 4 messages by email over the last 2 weeks. They refuse to answer me and havent reimbursed me. I will give it until close of business friday and then come monday i will be filing a complaint with the BBB in this state and the shippers corporate state. They get a negative 5 stars. I hate thieves. I will sue them in small claims court over this i swear to god.

Do not use this service. This company performed a fraudulent act. We ordered Premier Protein Shake, Chocolate, 30g Protein, 11 Fl Oz, 18 Ct. They sent a confirmation e-mail for delivery. And yet, having failed to receive the order. We went back to review the shipping information, they claimed that "Austen" signed for the product. And discovered that their UPS shipping number is invalid. This means that the item they claimed as being delivered was never placed within UPS's shipping. Thus, all of their tracking information is false. Do not use this service. Where is the FBI when you need them?

Said an order was processed but we never received it. Won't give reefund.

Not good-zero stars. I received the wrong item from them, and when I contacted them about getting the correct product, they only insisted that it was the correct product. It's a bottle of vitamins, great big labels on the bottle! Pretty obviously the wrong thing. Second e-mail from them implied I was lying about it. That is NOT the way to treat customers, especially customers just trying to get what they purchased. Can't believe that with this many bad reviews, Wal-Mart still allows them to work with them. Just ridiculous.

It is ASTOUNDING that Walmart continues to do business with Ramji Shippers! I ordered a mobile workstation a month ago and it was sent in about 10 days which is fair. However, it was sent to the wrong address and seems to have disappeared into thin air. That was the beginning of a saga that defies description. Walmart was VERY responsive...easy to connect with a live person. The agent determined that the item was handled by a "third party" (Ramji Shipping) and I should hear within 48 hours to remedy the situation. I did, indeed, get an email of apology (written in incoherent English) and soon got a replacement order number and then everything stopped. No sign of a workstation. No indication that it has been shipped. No response to a series of inquiries from me as to what is going on. Total silence for two weeks, now. Finally, I called Walmart (easy to get through again) and they said the only solution was to refund what I had paid. Case closed. What you read above is absolutely true...don't buy anything that indicates that it is supplied by Ramji Shipping. I think that it is someone's garage.

Worse POS company I have ever dealt with,,,,,I've been waiting over a month for paper coffee cups,,when you order from sally w orld you don't know who your getting FOR shippers,,,so I am never ordering from Wal-Mart again ,,,,you get zero stars !!!!!!!!!

I thought I was ordering from Wal-Mart a 36 bags box of pirates botty. I cannot believe they came in a Sam's box.on Sam's site it sells for $9.48 this 3rd party seller charged me $23.98

Like many of you, I was happy to see the Lysol back in stock on Walmart.com. My order has since been canceled after being told it would be shipped later than expected. This company is beyond terrible. I believe they fed on the vulnerability of the consumers during a pandemic. Why offer something you KNOWINGLY DON'T have? Were you trying to make money fast to do other things with. I hope this outrage and poor business model causes you to lose the support of Walmart.

Ramjii shippers claims I got my package a week earlier than it said it was delivered. However, I did not receive a package from Walmart for the item I ordered from them. The only proof they have was the delivery report that said it was set at my front door. It was not. I never saw the package and have not received it.

Same problem everyone else is having below. I wish I had checked this site out ahead of making my order. Our package was delivered to the wrong address and signed for by someone else. I contacted FedEx and they will not provide the address the box was delivered to. They said our package doesn’t have my name on it or the address I provided for shipping. At time of shipping and delivery, I also received confirmation of my delivery to the correct shipping address I provided. FedEx said o have to contact the shipper to have them provide the address they put on the box in order for me to be able to retrieve my package. They will not give out the address it was delivered to! This is all scan and Walmart should be ashamed of partnering with this company. I had to call Walmart and they reached out to the company and of course they were not open... I have to 48 hours for a response from them before I can do anything else. I am beyond pissed off that I have to do all this extra work on my end to get my package! I shouldn’t have to track my package down. I already paid and they have my money! They get zero stars and hopefully Walmart has enough complaints to part ways with this awful company!!

Based on the reviews I see my experience is not by a long shot an accident or an isolated event. Based on speaking to FedEx directly and Walmart.com my conclusion is that this Company Ramji Shipping is working with Walmart to Scam Customers. They are providing erroneous FedEx tracking numbers to Walmart and then Walmart is sending these tracking numbers to customers who are tracking other people's packages and when they are "delivered" (according to Fed Ex) the Walmart customer never receives the delivered item. I verified with FedEx that the tracking number Walmart gave me (which Ramji Shippers gave to Walmart) did not belong to my package as it did not have my name, address, or phone number attached to it. Please subtract One star from this rating. This is not the end.

I ordered a package of 30 cups of Nissin chicken ramen noodles. When the package arrived, it turned out that it was a package of 48 bricks of Nissin chicken ramen noodles. There is a big difference between the bricks and the cups. Ramji Shippers deceived me. They even had a picture of 30 cups of ramen on the product page. I would not recommend buying from this seller because you could end up with something completely different than what you ordered.

Same experience as the rest of you. My order was shipped to the incorrect address. I am filing claim with fed ex.

A Package I ordered from walmart was tracked as being delivered the day before i placed the order.After contacting walmart directly my package was delivered the next day.

I ordered the 30 count Ensure Vanilla shake. Today I see an email saying the order was delivered. I go down to security and they have no package for me. I look at the tracking and package says delivered to "Poughkeepsie NY" That's about 80 miles away from where I live. Contacted walmart they say I have to wait 48 hours. Contacted the seller directly and no reply.

Per tracking number for FedEx the package was delivered and signed by someone I don’t know and sent to an address in Las Vegas NV. I don’t live in Las Vegas. Have Walmart investigating and also FedEx. Told Walnart I want a credit for the full price plus tax since I didn’t receice the item

Ramzi took it upon themselves to send part of my order back to the manufacturer, without my knowledge. Not only that, but they kept telling me when I should expect it. I ordered this because you can't get here. If I were to re-order this, I would, now have to pay shipping. This was part of a $200.00 order.

Horrible shipper/vendor. Cancelled the item without my notice and without explanation after 2 days. Could be a scam to collect personal details. Don't know why Walmart is still dealing with such bad vendor. If I had a choice I would give no stars. Avoid this shipper/vendor.

NEVER will I purchase from this supplier. I bought a $4 lip balm from Walmart and was not aware that this product was being fulfilled by the marketplace. I was charged an outrageous shipping charge of $60 for a $4 chapstick. I live on a fixed income and could of used those $60 to buy my medication or groceries. Beware of this seller.

Our review is no different than the others that were posted prior to ours. Ramji claimed WE cancelled our order. Of course, we didn't. They then claimed that they discovered the product was "defective." The product was toothpaste. Not sure exactly what this company is up to, and we definitely have no idea why Walmart stands behind this company. Let the buyer beware -- and run the other way!

Ordered Ensure on 23 rd April 2021 never received item or Refund . This is a Horrible co. And Still waiting for my Refund. Don’t buy anything thru Walmart from them

Placed an order on May 7th. Received a tracking Fedex tacking number today from Walmart saying my item was shipped. Then an hour later, I received another email from Walmart that my item was delivered - to Pennsylvania. I am in California. Contacted Walmart via chat and got a refund.

They suck pure and simple. Why they are still in business...well maybe because we did not check them out b4 ordering from Walmart.com.

Ramji Shippers claimed my $21.95 order was delivered to a "Parcel Locker". Trouble is, there are no Parcel Lockers at my address. Requested a refund from Walmart via chat and they called Ramji Shippers a reliable and trusted seller so I should not worry about asking for replacement. I replied NFW, I want my money back and I will spend it at Amazon.

Terrible liars. Never buy from this company. Advertised a 132 ct diaper pack on Walmart.com received an 18ct which shipped a week late. They also updated tracking number so you couldn’t cancel order. And shipped order despite receiving 2 cancel requests prior to shipment.

where are they located? it doesn't say anywhere online or on walmart that I can see! I just ordered yesterday 07-24-2021. will give it a 'token' rating of three in spite of (not disregarding) all of the 1 star ratings. kol tuv i.e. be well etc .......

Worst service and scammers avoid them at all costs... they ship your items when you buy at Walmart and advertise free when buying over $35. Then they charge you deceptively shipping charges.
