I really wish I read the reviews here first before ordering from this third party marketplace!! I found the item I wanted cheaper on amazon and free shipping! So I wanted to cancel with these people. I’ve been trying to contact them through the “return item” of my confirmation page but it keeps saying can’t process my cancellation! I’ve even called their number and no answer!! I’ve even contacted Walmart.com and they couldn’t contact the supplier either!!! So I’m out of luck I paid more for my item PLUS the shipping fee!! So ridiculous!!

My package is stuck in a post office less than one hour from my home and has been since 11/24/19. Today is 12/16/19. I have requested a refund several times. The only response I received was return instructions. How can I return something I haven't received? I am not a happy customer

This company will rip you off. They offer no cancellations because any return is hit with a 20% restocking fee and its based on todays price not at the amount you may have paid for it. I can't believe WALMART allows this kind of company to put its name on it. Now for the bad news, the product i received was the completely wrong item, didn't even match my order and on top of that the item was taped up and appears to be previously used. They couldn't even send me a new item. Lastly initially I wanted to return this item because under another Walmart link I found the same item directly from Walmart for $30 cheaper. That one has been shipped to me with no problem at all. So to recap these guys are profiting off your disgust over their products so you can return, discount your refund and re ship the items to another person and cheat them out as well. I am escalating to the highest executives at Walmart this third party company has to go.

The above review is 100% correct, horrible customer service and return policy. Purchased a night owl monocular and before order was filled I asked to cancelled due to bad reviews of product were found and they shipped it Very fast in order to stop my refund without restocking fee...Never buy Anything thru them. I will now Delete,cancelled,close my wallet Mart account...Visa credit card.... Absolutely the worst place to deal with...Take out advice buy NOTHING from Quick Supply or Walmart. I Give them a negative 5. 0 stars...because they are a ZERO..

Same thing is happening to me right now. Found a Roku 4k streaming device on Walmart.com, this 3rd party company sends out an outdated version of the roku device which is not 4k or updated to use with hulu live TV. They are honoring the return, but not tell me they want to assess a 15% restocking fee on the returned items that they bated and switched on me. Also this won't happen, like you said, till the returned product is in their hands. Amazon never charges a return fee, they make it seamless. This situation is still in Flux as I have demanded the removal of any restocking fees from my account. If they end up charging that fee, I will mass blast them on every media platform at hand. Guess they really don't want to compete with Amazon, cause if they did, I would not be typing this note

DO NOT order thru them. Horrible customer service. I ordered a product and never received it. They screwed up and sent me the wrong product and would not reimburse me until I returned it. I don't know how a company can not care about their customers. The item they sent me by mistake was cheap enough and after at least 20 e-mails back and forth and the inconvenience, you would think they would have said "just keep it". Needless to say, I never got the product I originally ordered. Horrible company and I would never order from them again. I hope Walmart drops them as a third party. Btw, it took 2 months to get my refund.
