Bought a scooter for $14. Promised to be shipped on Sept 1. Emailed me on Sept 1 saying that it will be cancelled due to shipping was taking a long time. It is. $130 scooter for $14. I believe they cancelled because of the price I bought it for. If I can give this seller a ZERO rating, I would
