This place sucks... Ordered $43.00 worth of stuff, had to return and only got $27.27 in refund.. This was in April 2020 and here it is June 2020 and I’m still trying to get the rest of my refund!! Shady People!

BUYER BEWARE. If you need to return something you will never reach a person on the phone. They text you only. They charge a RESTOCKING FEE on EVERYTHING and do not divulge this anywhere on Walmart website. I emailed them twice to ask for justification of this fee and they never responded. I purchased a $64 item, they wanted $12.40 to restock plus I had to incur the shipping (this is understandable). You cannot find them on a web search. They only list a few reviews and they are all 5 stars! I let Walmart know all this and hope they carry through with my complaint. Really shady outfit.

Buyer Beware ordered a part had to return it they flat out refused refund when they got the product back. It was door bins for a Samsung refrigerator.

bait and switch. I bought a hard start A/C compressor saver from Walmart.com. QR Innovations copied the product description and even directions from the brand-name product which I thought I was purchasing. They even used the vendor's product SKU. When the product arrived, it was a Chinese knock-off. They deliberately mislead what their product was and provided something of much lower quality. I contacted Walmart about it, and QR Innovations simply said "I'm selling my own brand. it stated the part is from QRInnovations. you can request a return via ebay. " I had to call Walmart back and initiate the return through them. I would NEVER buy anything from this reseller again.
