Same as everyone else here. They supposedly shipped my item the day after I paid, but it never went out. They are 100% scammers. Stay far away.

I ordered HP laptop. Walmart accepted credit card. Tech Plex canceled order. When I used Walmart chat support, they called back within minutes. Their records show $799 was credited back. But, I don't see refund on credit card statement. Been a month. Looks like this company is definitely scammers.

Ordered two monitors from them through Walmart on November 4th. Said it should arrive the 13th. A day or two passes and it says it’s shipped already so I’m thinking there’s no problem. Come the 13th and no monitors, which was fine I had some time to wait. 17th rolls around and I’m kinda worried because my order now says delayed after being stuck on shipped for 2 weeks. I reached out to Walmart via that chat option and told them everything that was going on. An agent tells me he’s going to redirect me to the warehouse and they’ll get back to me soon and they did. Some guy named Ryan Hamilton emailed me back saying they refunded me and that the monitor I wanted went out of stock. That’s it no hello no apologies just straight up a couple of words. Answered none of my questions. Of course I was upset but i know mistakes happen so I just boiled it down to human error. What I DIDNT like is how I had to ask the warehouse about my own package; correct tracking info and quality customer service should come standard, I shouldn’t have to wonder if my package will arrive or not. I expected someone to tell me sooner rather than me having to ask. On top of that, I looked at the refund and it showed for only the price of one. Me getting excited I thought I was still getting one of them. So I waited and about 3 days later on the 20th I contacted Walmart again to ask about where it was and the agent just gave me the guys email and phone number. I messaged the tech plex email and low and behold another dry message from Ryan Hamilton. To my detailed email I got a simple “refund submitted again, Walmart still has money not us” no questions answered about location, possible delivery dates or if it would be in stock soon. Not sure what’s up with this guy, I see this little tech plex company had some bad reviews already so not sure why he’s acting so cocky.. like at least message your own customers back because the only thing that I got delivered was your tiny emails. I sent one final email asking if a moniter cold still be coming or when they would have them back in stock, because I’d still like one to which I got a reply stating” the monitors will not be coming.” At this point I was already upset I wasn’t getting them in time since I ordered well ahead. And I wasn’t getting a straight answer from the person who was supposed to set everything straight. No helpful pointers, none of my questions answered. Not even friendly, almost like he doesn’t care which I don’t think he does. I hope he sees this too so he can learn something. Almost seemed like he was trying to avoid conversation like he was scared ? Not sure but hope nobody gets scammed by these people because I’m not too sure I would have gotten a refund if I didn’t reach out 2 times. Worst customer service ever. Not even that wish app is this bad..

My item showed in stock, never shipped, never acknowledged a tracking request in 19 days before delivery. My email sent to Walmart, forwarded to Tech Plex got a reply, “Out of stock, contact Walmart for rapid refund”! Many reviews same story! Lacks Tech Flex research by Walmart ?!!

Wish I could give 0 stars. This company is garbage. Says they print shipping label but never send the item. No communication at all until you contact them, then you're told the order was canceled. Wish I had seen these reviews before I ordered because it sounds like they do this to everyone.

Like the rest say, scam vendor. Shipping label was printed and item never shipped. I contacted the vendor through Walmart and they said the item shipment was cancelled by the warehouse and Walmart would be issuing me a refund. Supposedly the refund can take up to 5 business days. I would recommend calling into Walmart Customer service direct 800-966-6546 and following up. Walmart Customer service provided me a refund email. I would not trust the vendor refunding your purchase.

Terrible. Scammers. Avoid at all costs. Says they shipped, 2 weeks later doesn't arrive and walmart says they cancelled it. Bunch of bull crap to take money and leave you hanging.

Same scam as experienced by almost everyone else. They create a label and then nothing! You never hear from them again and never receive your order, but they manage to get your money immediately! And yet, Walmart continues to use them. (I’d give 0 stars if I could!

This seller is a complete scammer. They created a label but never shipped the package. After the delivery date it gets changed to delayed. Walmart should do a better job of selecting their resellers. Although this seller is a scammer this is Walmart’s fault. I wish I could give negative ratings.
