They only delivered one of 2 pairs of shutters and then when i contacted them about it they refused to send me the second pair. Customer service person was nasty and dismissive

I ordered a solar light. When it arrived the battery cover would not close. The cover is too big. Tried to contact them like the packing slip says. Doesn't work. What a scam. I wouldn't order anything from them or Walmart again. They are a big ripoff. order number so-139006258-w

I ordered a PLASTIC dog food storage container... it arrived on time, but they shipped it in on of the plastic shipping bags instead of a box. You guessed it — it was broken. Now I’m supposed to package it and send it back. If I put it in the original shipping container, it will just be plastic shards by the time they receive it. Won’t order anything shipped by Promax Commerce again.

Hard to argue with the ratings. I ordered a candy thermometer and 16 days later, the order has still not shipped. So, per the policy, I can cancel as long as the item has not been shipped, but since they created a shipping label on day one, I am not allowed to cancel. Walmart, you are being screwed over, because they get good rating for supporting Amazon orders.

The listing at: https://www.walmart.com/ip/Kab-Enterprise-Co-Ltd-ME-14-3-Pigtail-Adapter-6-Pack/39086846 clearly states a “6 pack”, also has “6-Pack” in the URL, but ProMax Commerce only sent me one. They said the listing was in error. I said they offered six for sale, I accepted their proposal and paid for the six advertised. They refuse to send the other five adaptors they advertised and I ordered.

Bought a poultry waterer and base that were supposed to go together but they are different sizes.

Bought a cheese slicer. First time I washed it, it went from silver to dark gray and got everything black. My hands and paper towel I used to try to wipe it off were very black. I definitely wiuld not use it on food. I would have liked to give it NO STARS.

Ordered the Bonide Sucker Punch. It was shipped in a bubble envelope. I opened the envelope and product everywhere. The cap was cracked and liquid leaked everywhere. Pretty stupid for them not to ship it in a box. Now I can't get in touch with the company for a replacement

Made a mistake with an order. Canceled it seconds later.. Was told too bad, shipping it anyway.

If this company is advertising something and not delivering, that meets the standard for consumer fraud.

i ordered a product September 13, 2017 and received it yesterday, June 10,2020! Can anybody beat that? Gave them second star because i laughed so hard. Order was canceled back then, so Walmart said i could keep it.

Ordered case of spray paint (6 cans in a case) received 1 can. It said "case of 6". Wish I had read the reviews. How do these people sleep at night????

I was sent someone else's product!!! The package says my name, and it has my name on a packaging slip inside as well, and the product I ordered, which was a pair of gloves. However, THOSE GLOVES WERE NOT IN THERE. What WAS in there was another packaging slip for one 'Judy Anderson', and some batteries that she had bought!

I wonder why Walmart does not respond to customer reviews and continues to allow them to sell

Ordered 2 cans of Rustuleum white spray paint was $3.89 a can. Later recieved an mail 2 weeks later that it was canceled for no reason. I see the price went up $17.34 a can. This is price gouging, why not honored what I ordered and increased the price 6 times the price listed. This company has no shame and should not be a reseller to Walmart.

This is worse than a lousy company. Specified many times size and item number that I ordered. Yet, I RECEIVED WRONG PRODUCT. I HAVE LOST VALUABLE TIME AND DONE WITHOUT WATER ONLY TO RECEIVE WRONG PRODUCT. Wal-Mart should be responsible enough to remove them from Wal-Mart marketplace. ALL REVIEWS are horrible. Only trying to rip off American people. They are are getting their shit back and Wal-Mart better make sure I am refunded every penny. Promax is hiding behind a computer that automatically spits out stupid questions. They knew they were sending wrong product. I ORDERED 1" x 100' PEX tubing. I GOT 1/2" x 25'. Big difference I would say. Get ready Promax Commerce. SuperBitch is headed your way., everyday until I get right product. In fact just send right product and I will keep what you sent as compensation for my inconvenience and your stupidity. Not all Americans just lay down and roll over and let companies treat you crappy.

I ordered a set of SIX, 11-foot strands of Edison lights, two weeks ago, from this company through Walmart's online shopping site and only ONE of the SIX was delivered. I have called #ProMaxCommerce at 1.781.620.1602 for two days and all I get are recordings and no one will return my call to even listen to my complaint. 12.3.2019. BE CAREFUL shopping through Walmart anymore. Best to pass up these third party sellers altogether. If Walmart doesn't carry the item, surf the internet and find it elsewhere or something comparable. Even paying a bit more is better than the run-around and being ignored after they have your money.

It's simple: DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING from ProMax Commerce. Read the reviews above and take heed. As Ann said above, it's best to not buy anything from Walmart's 3rd party sellers. Find it online elsewhere. What a nightmare this company is.

I ordered heet starting fluid and get something like brake cleaner Stay away from them

This company sent me 2 light bulbs when I ordered a box of 10 --when I emailed them directly, she told me I didn't need to be rude. Wow, not an apology. Then I was told keep the bulbs and I'll get a refund. No refund to be had. They should not be allowed to sell for Walmart.
