Ordered an item from Walmart on 10 Feb. On 11 Feb, was notified item delivered. Looked up tracking information and it showed delivery on 29 Jan. Contacted Walmart today and they have sent a message to the company to get clarification. If I had read these reviews earlier, probably would not have ordered.

We ordered on December 28, 2020. The order still has not been delivered. I was given the FedEx number as 946615024286. The tracking info indicates that the order was delivered. You billed me. Now either deliver the product or refund my payment. Don't know how to rate into the negative.

My order was supposedly delivered January 11, 2021. It was delivered to a nursing home. It has not been seen. Someone is always at the door. It was not delivered. Yet I have paid for it with a gift card that I received as a Christmas gift.

This company is a joke and I would never buy anything from again! They sent my item to the wrong town and these no way to contact them and they haven't gotten ahold of me 4 days after I was suppose to receive email!

I placed an order with Wal-Mart on January 22nd and this company was chosen to fulfill one of the items. I noticed about a week after placing the order that the item from this company was marked as delivered but I never received it. After looking at the dates more closely, I noticed that the delivery date was January 19th. How does that happen?!! Anyway, I contacted Wal-Mart about it and they sent a notification to this company asking that they contact me by email. I never heard from them so I contacted Wal-Mart again and they refunded the cost of this item.
