Very VERY !! Disappointed on a Christmas gift for my husband ..The Esspresso / Coffee combination... Only to find the Machine did not WORK AND WAS USED - it was RETURNED DIRTY INTO THE BOX.. I went to Walmart they refuse to change it since it was a “third-party” online which the return was tedious !!! ... it took a few emails but Thankfully despite the 30 day polices ..they gave me a full refund ..... BTW ... I think they new my machine was damaged - they don’t want it back

Bought a delonghi dedica deluxe And received just the delonghi dedica It was an old raggedy looking box that it came in and had a bed bath and beyond sticker on it on the backside. None of the pieces inside had any wrapping on it at all! This looked like an item that had been purchased from a pallet sale. You buy a pallet with however many items on it that there are and you can sell them to somebody else. The espresso maker that they sent me looked obviously used. I have sent it back because Wal Mart would not give me my money back as of yet. And I have been contacting walmart.com repeatedly because of this whole mess. I Purchased an item from walmart.com not from these people. Nowhere that I have seen does Wal Mart state that they use third-party sellers! Now I’m wondering whether I get my $270 back or not. The phone number 516-239-0630 when cold it seems I can only reach their automated answering machine. The message on there says : DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM US I have contacted Wal Mart and asked them as a consumer that is read the reviews that are here to dismiss them as a third-party seller! It seems that this has been going on for sometime now and that Wal Mart is having to return the money for them. I hope that nobody else has these problems but they have been a seller on walmart.com since 2017. Very Upset!! Just like other people have stated I would give a zero star rating if possible !!

The seller tried to scam us. Unfortunately, I didn't realize that the coffee machine we ordered came from a third party seller. The item arrived late and it was the wrong item. Walmart Team, please vet your sellers. I called the Walmart support team at 1(800) 925-6278, Pearl was extremely helpful and provided us with a refund and a return label. - Chelcie

I purchased 2 consoles for the amount of $1600 on 12/15/20 and I have been in contact with Walmart consistently as well as receiving emails from someone allegedly at Profit Inc. I say this because they have no phone number listed although it is required being a 3rd party seller with Walmart. I have received a few emails basically stalling and to respond after Walmart reaches out to them. However, this was the worst experience ever and I am so frustrated with how people have used others during this pandemic and Christmas. I can't believe it has been this long and we were still waiting, just being hopeful for nothing. I don't want to give them any stars but for some odd reason I have to give atleast 1 to submit this review.

This company sucks! I bought a Mario Kart game for my grandson for $229.00 from I thought Walmart! it turns out it was from profit Inc. and I paid $229.00 and WALMART sells it for $99.00 and they WILL NOT return it! I thought I was getting something more than the $99.00 one! NEVER again will I order from this company or Walmart. I have 11 grandchildren I buy for and TARGET will now get all my business!

Everything the others have shared about their experience is what I have experienced... further confirmation of this Walmart Marketplace sellers contempt for the fundamentals that Walmart was built upon (As our Founder Sam Walton would say, 'There is only one boss... The Customer.' I love working for The Boss!). Walmart would do well by terminating this seller.

Same as all the other comments. Purchased a freaking baby blanket and got the whole "Delayed" crap. Was supposed to arrive Dec. 2. It was a Christmas present you idiots!! Walmart is just as liable because they continue to use this fraudulent vendor. This is Wire Fraud and Mail Fraud because they sure didn't waste any time extracting the money from my bank account!!

Same as everyone here. Ordered something, got beat. No response from profit inc. Got a hold of Walmart, they basically told me i got played. Profit Inc can suck my cock. Can't leave zero star review.

Avoid at all cost. A complete scam

Company advertisement stated the bundle came with 100 pre loaded games and I was due to receive it on 11/24. After a week with no contact and a missed delivery date I emailed and Chatted with Walmart and they put me in contact with Profit.com. They claimed my package like so many others had been lost and they would replace my order. I just received my package and it is not a bundle it’s a normal x box series s. I contacted profit again to inform them that I must have received the wrong item and they replied with describing the content of the normal Xbox series s item not a bundle package. Why would I pay triple the cost for this? I will be contacting the attorney general on this one definitely false advertisement and a scam plus federal crime. There is no return shipping info etc to send this back. This whole experience has been a disaster and Walmart need to also take action.

Sent to this from Walmart web site seller charged 3 x selling price for only thing my son wanted for x mas... now on checking delivery says delayed .. very disappointed with this shady business walmart directed me to.

Just checked on my delivery which was supposed to arrive 12/9. Contacted Walmart customer service and just found out my item was LOST. Not sure when I was going to get this information! Tracking just said it was DELAYED! Unbelievable. Poor customer service. Very disappointing

1 star rating , issue with orders from here do not expect your deliveries to made on time or the fact you paid for "priority shipping" to a specific date because by that time your item has not even made to usps , fed ex , ups ext. Do not say shipping will be made by a specified date and offer to play for sutch services and not deliver ob that promise.

DO NOT ORDER THROUGH THIS THIRD PARTY! My dumbass did always make sure its shipping from walmart.com i was charged double the price for my item because of this ("profit inc.") They got the"PROFIT part right so just be sure to triple check who shipping your items!

This is a criminal enterprise. I had bought an item from them six months ago which like many have said here was not what I ordered. Walmart refunded me. Recently they have sent me items I did not order to get verified purchase boosts as a vendor. Walmart needs to contact the authorities on this scam enterprise.
