Terrible company. They need to shut down. I had a big order with Walmart and this company canceled my item. Took my money and never gave the refund or item. Negative Stars if possible....

Worst company ever. I brought a fitness tracker that came damaged and Contacted the company only to get a attitude from ALEX! Bad product and the worst customer service ever. Don’t waste your money. Wal-Mart shouldn’t allow them to sell at the marketplace. I wish I could of rated a zero star!!!!!

I would not spend a penny with this company, product has yet to show up and company has not helped at all. Walmart has just let them take my money and run. it has been over three weeks since estimated delivery yet still no package. Save your money and time order somewhere else. never order from this company . ever, unless you like to give your money away. which if that is the case just give it to the person on the corner. no stars

Terrible vendor who should be removed from Walmart site. Berated me when I asked about returning the unused product because I should I read descriptions better. Uh say what !?? He offered me a $4 refund on a $33 purchase. I could return only if I paid shipping and restocking fees. The cheapest shipping was far more than $33. This is some kind of shifty operation. Not sure why they are allowed to rip people off with no recourse. STAY AWAY!

Ordered pull up bar. Delivery date came and went. Sent them messages. No response. Product never came. Awful. Shame on Wal-Mart.

This company is a scam. I ordered a pull-up bar and they said they shipped on the May 15th and will arrive on May 21st. I called the company and they said they shipped it. I checked the USPS tracking number which was created May 15th. It says that USPS is waiting for the item on May 15th. This is May 28th. I called Walmart and they said that I have to deal with Proexpress Distributer. So I'm out $40. Don't fall for the scam and buy anything that is being sold from Proexpress distributor and don't buy anything online from Walmart because they don't review their sellers.

made an order on May 5th should been here on the 15th. called the company and asked about my order and they said they need to talk with walmart about order still no answer. Do not order from this company or walmart for special items I would give this company -zero?????

Ordered May 4th thru Walmart.com. ETA was 5/12/20. On that day ETA was changed out to 5/19/20. Today, 5/19/20, the product still has not arrived and Fed Ex tracking says it's been sitting back east for the past 5 or 6 days. Terrible shipping follow through. Never will order anything through them again. Why does Walmart continue to associate with a seller like this that has all 1 star reviews?

NEVER order from this company! I wish I had known prior to ordering that this company has HORRIBLE SHIPPING AND IS IN CHINA. When I ordered the item I was lead to believe this company was in the US. I placed my order, 05/02/20, and finally received my items , 05/20/20. Everything on the outside of the box is in Chinese and there are no instructions. I received a response From the seller to return. The return message was sent by Walmart and i have the confirmation email.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Well not return and refund their product if you are unhappy with it. Will give you a very hard time to try to get you discouraged. Don’t buy from them on walmart.com as a third-party if you even knew walmart.com sells from third parties. Warning!

I bought a "Dual Lens Vehicle BlackBOX DVR" (i.e. dash camera) through Walmart, bad decision. The product comes with practically NO instructions and no website to go for more information. You literally have to figure on your own (by trial and error) how to program the device so it works according to your needs. I got the camera to start video/audio recording but noticed that sometimes the video recording will stop while the audio recording will continue (go figure!). Would not advise the average (i.e. non-technical) person to buy this product.

I tried to return a product and they gave me the run around trying to prolong until it hit past 30 days so I couldn't return the product I don't trust these people and as far as I'm concerned they're no good

This company ( I don't know if it should be labeled a company) is HORRIBLE. The item I ordered was defected and could not get any assistance in returning. I can't believe Walmart is associated with this so called company. Absolutely TERRIBLE. DO NOT EVER BUY FROM THIS SO CALLED COMPANY, IF THERE WAS A 0 RATING THAT IS WHAT I WOULD RATE THIS PLACE.

I am having trouble returning this product, because it came to me needing updates, We can't even get into it to set it up. I feel they like they are going to stick me with these tablets that are not worth the money I paid for them. I am hoping they come through and send me return authorization. I would never had placed this order with Walmart had I known. Review would be a big fat OOOOO

I bought a cpap cleaner. I tried to return it at the local Walmart. They refused. Strike one. I contacted proexpress. They gave me the run around. Strike two. I told them the paperwork that came with the item said it could be returned for a full refund. They said NO. Strike three. I will never buy online from Walmart again. No service, no stars, only @#?!"*

Walmart needs to back up everything they sell. That is so disappointing.

this company is the worst company i have ever bought from in my entire life. they are scammers. i bought something from here, they delivered it to the wrong address, it took 2 weeks to come in. and it came extremely damaged. im so pissed. i have been emailing these stupid people back and forth and they offered me 5 dollars as a refund !!!!! i spend over $150 dollars on this item. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS AWFUL COMPANY.

Proexpress Distributors are horrible. They gave me a very difficult time to return a package I did not even open. They tried to tell me to *sell* the goods I wanted to return to a relative or friend. I refused, then they offered a very low discount to keep the goods. I refused and after weeks of back and forth emails, I finally got the RMA number. I had to pay the return shipping which was almost 50% of the value of the goods. Proexpress received the shipment back from me and never contacted me, or refunded the money. I had to email them 3 more time before they said the refund was would be processed. After a week, it still wasn't received at my bank. I emailed them again and they claimed it would be 2-3 more days. I finally received the money for the goods, but not the taxes I paid. I would strongly advise anyone considering to buy from Proexpress Distributors to find someone else. They are not a reputable firm. They play a lot of tricks and games. Their strategy is throw you as many curve balls as possible in the hope you will forget, or give up in exasperation. They DO NOT conform to common USA business practices. Send them a message - Go back to your home country. We do not tolerate such bad business behavior.
