I ordered, and paid for two boxes of Bcp Fasteners 195 Qty #8 x 1-1/2" Sheetrock Drywall Screws - Phillips Bugle Head w/Coarse Thread (BCP439). I only received one. I am quite displeased.

product source guys sent me the wrong item. I messaged and included a picture and a clearly the wrong item was shipped. Instead of taking my word and apologizing, their agent said it wasn't his mistake and said maybe he'd help me more if I weren't "demanding" my money back quickly. I asked for reasonable accommodations under the ADA, American's with Disabilities Act, but was not given an accomodation (I just need a return label mailed to me-I'm unable to physically travel to a location to fix their mistake. I'd also LIKE a refund asap so I can replace the product in time. I don't know how they have a good reputation, since someone working there is telling me as a consumer "You catch more flies with sugar than you do with vinegar", implying that he COULD help me, but wouldn't because of my disability. I ordered a product designed to assist disabled individuals. This is how a professional representing Walmart treats people with disabilities? For SHAME. I just want a refund and a label to return the incorrect product they sent, and won't take responsibility for. I also think you should consider dropping them as your representatives. Follow the ADA. Take consumers seriously.
