Primova LLC

I ordered a Medline shower chair for my disabled brother from Walmart which was sold through Primova. It supposedly was delivered to Fed Ex for shipping the same day. Then it was "delayed" several times and finally I got messages from Fed Ex and Walmart that it was delivered. But it was not!! Fed Ex says that the tracking number Walmart gave me was Not for the shower chair, but rather a different item that was indeed delivered to some other address. Walmart says this can't be true. I suspect Primova never gave the chair to Fed Ex for shipping. Now Walmart doesn't want to refund my money...what a mess!

I ordered a nerf modulus regulator through walmart.com apparently from this seller. It was supposed to arrive on 4/15/21, but tracking said it was delayed. Supposedly it was delivered on 4/22/21, but it was not. I am honestly not sure it was ever shipped. 0/10 do not recommend. I'll have a disappointed 10 year old tomorrow.

Great retailer! Packaging was awesome and my clock arrived in perfect condition. It did appear a bit different than what I thought it looked like on the internet, however, I was pleased because it fit my décor perfectly. Shipping was done in a timely manner and my order arrived in just a few days. Recommend this retailer highly!

I received the backpack quickly & it matched the description. It's comfortable to wear, relatively easy to adjust the straps, and the side zippers are OK. One drawback -I realize I would have liked it to be roomier (I use it for walks to the grocery store to pick up a few items.)
