I ordered an item from this seller, waited three weeks. The seller uploaded delivery information for someone else's package and pretended it was mine. I called Fed Ex, and they reassured me it was the wrong delivery information. The seller finally replied, “we will take it as a loss and issue you a refund.” It's been three days and no refund has yet been issued. Worst online buying experience ever.

I ordered 3 items from Walmart on 4/13/2021. One of the items “Spray and walk away moss and algae killer / one gallon” was sent out by a third party (Prestige wholesale order # 3742135278827.) The items that were shipped by Walmart arrived without a problem. The item that was shipped by Prestige wholesale was sent to a wrong address. After checking with FedEx they confirmed the package had my name on it but the address listed by on the shipping label by Prestige wholesale was the wrong address. Walmart sent a notice to them that they listed the wrong address on the package but they have yet to respond to correct the situation. Apparently they have had issues with shipping items to the wrong address in the past.

Very poor customer service. I won't purchase from this seller again.

My order was delivered to the wrong City, this company doesn't answer the phone NOR do they answer email. Very bad business practices! I ordered through Walmart.com and I'm getting a refund through them. SHAME on this company! After reading the previous two reviews, they are constantly placing wrong addresses on our orders. How unprofessional!!!!!!!!!!!
