Wish I could leave 0 stars. Purchased an item from these bogus vendors on 02/03/2021. Watched as the price of item changed daily till it was almost double the price. After a week of no update I contacted Walmart. They "reached out to the vendor" you assured them item would be shipped the following day. To my dismay, I awake to find an email chain telling me my item was shipped, yadda yadda....... with the follow up email confirming delivery on 01/27/2021. So I guess this vendor is soooooooooooooooooooooo good, they can predict the future. Now as to the alter tracking...... the tracking they managed to enter was for an item delivered weighing 1.5lbs. This happens to be an 81" METAL RACK!!!!! Shady, shady, SHADY!!!!!!!!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The product I ordered was not delivered.

Horrible seller. I ordered a coffee maker late Christmas day 12/25/20 and received email that said it should arrive between Jan 7 and 8th and I would receive an email when tracking info when order shipped. I never received email and checked on status of order and it stated it was delivered December 28th. This seems highly unlikley that something ordered late Christmas day could be delivered 3 days later with the delays in delivery happening. We are also set up to receive notifications from UPS, USPS and FedEx when items are delivered and we received nothing on this. I checked the credit card and it was charged $244.59 on January 4th 2021. This is suspect as well as the credit card is supposed to be changed when the items ships which would have been over a week prior. Per Walmarts site I contacted Prestige Supplies by email on January 13 2021 explaining the item was never delivered and I never received order update emails. I was supposed to hear something from them in 48 hours but have not received any response. I have contacted them again but don't have much hope and when I went into Walmart I was told there was nothing they could do. Do not order from this seller.
