Seller does not respond to emails, or answer their phone I unsuccessfully reached out to them several times. I ordered a small part that was shipped by DHL then handed off to USPS. An exception occurred (USPS says the address or Zip Code was incorrect) the package sat in Langhorne, PA for three days, then began an odyssey as it traversed the entire breadth of the Commonwealth, and then back again, an additional distance of 700+ miles, finally arriving 11 days after being shipped. If you're in a hurry you might do better elsewhere. I'm happy with the product; a spring weighing 0.04 oz, and which would have fit in a small 1st class sized envelope and mailed the whole way by the USPS, in probably three days.
