This company is the absolute worst! Poor customer service. They will not even respond to you. They want to know why you bought something at the end of November and not contacted them until Christmas Day that it didn't work, when it was a Christmas gift for your 8 year old. How many people give their kids their Christmas gifts at the end of Nov? They have still yet to respond after initially asking me why it took so long to contact them. They are the worst. Do not recommend buying from them at all!
