Ordered a Kuppet portable washing machine, the tub had a huge crack in it. I contacted WalMart four times before getting my refund for the machine and the extra insurance warranty that I purchased, however, I cannot get this company to give me a return label. WalMart has contacted THEM FOUR TIMES and they have NOT responded. I am left to get this broken useless machine returned to them by my own means! Do NOT do business with this company they are worthless, plus, I don't know how they can still be in business. Their phone number is no longer active and I had to find their company's information by doing my own research. WalMart should not be doing business with this scam company.

Bought a mini fridge, it's super loud, wanted to return it and seller is now where to be found. No legit contact information. Should be removed from walmart website ASAP because they are a SCAM!!!!!

I ordered a table and chairs a cream and redwood color and I just received a cream and pine wood color table. That is a huge difference between light color wood and dark color wood!!!! Not happy with the product

Very shit. Bought a nice bed and it only came with a headboard. Walmart did nothing to help. Their phone number doesn’t work or anything.

After reading everyone's reviews and comments, I immediately requested for my order to be cancelled via Walmart's website, and phone call yesterday! They said that they will expedite the cancellation and refund my money considering the shipping process had not taken place! And Walmart confirmed that they could not contact Power In Cloud, either. Walmart confirmed that their line is discounted. But instead of Walmart cancelling my order and stopping the shipment, at 12:25am, I received an email from a Wang asking why I want to cancel my order, even though I already explained why. Then at 12:27am, I received another email from Wang stating that the product was shipped! And at 3:33am, Walmart email confirmed the shipment, completely ignoring the expedited cancellation! In addition, Walmart refunded my $185, just to turn around and charge my credit card $167, deducting the $18 two year Walmart insurance. I called Walmart again for the refund and for them to stop FedEx from shipping the product today. They claimed that they will have to stop the shipment before the refund, but promised that they will do both. Only time will tell. Yesterday when I called, Walmart Customer Service is located in Honduras. Today, was Columbia. Everyone! Please contact your local Attorney General and report this fraud and scam that Walmart is doing!!!

Bought a mini frig received it a few dings in the box. Opened the box noticed that some of packaging looked like it been opened before. Plugged it in to get cooling and guess what it doesn’t work no power to the pump. Called Walmart.com gave me a run around ! Some email from some guy named Wang came at 3a stating Walmart’s policy states you pay for return shipping send it back. Thats it....no address nothing about my refund....omg your kidding me. Called Walmart again they don’t even have a good working number for them. Next day Received 2 more emails mostly in Chinese asking for my order # which is right on the email he just sent..... 2nd email asking for pictures of damages. I’m so over this I’ll never use Walmart.com again and it looks like Walmart is going give my money back I hope. Amazon is getting just as bad with this third crap but they stand by there name and refund your money no questions asked. Walmart sucks !!!

ordered an item on 17th and on the 18th a shipping lable was ordered for my item to be shipped to my home as per the orginal email for the 27th and now come the 24th it gets shipped and power cloude inc never gives any im,s, emails, ect about delayes for my order i call walmart and they send messages but no replyes back from the seller i call this one by the nic name chinees rip you off and ship you nothing till later as we please

I have tried to get a hold of this Co. to start a return policy and yet no answer. I can't believe that a huge company like Walmart continues to let companies use them as a platform instead registering their company through the BBB, then they can be held responsible. the rating should actually be .01 stars for sad customer service.

I received a ebike kit and insurance. There was a broken part. I tried everyday for two weeks to contact this place and no answer. They are avoiding all contacts obviously because they are frauds.

I ordered a garbage disposal through the Walmart app from this company. I received my order quickly, but upon trying to install it, a couple of pieces were missing. I have tried contacting them through the Walmart app and the only option is by email. I have sent three emails now and still no response.

As you can see from the trail of comments, there is a trend here. This company is not legitimate nor does it have integrity. If it were, or they did, they would have responded to every one of these complaints and made them right. Here is their deal; they price thing low and make a small margin on each transaction. Because of the low prices, they do very high volume. This leads to significant profits. (sort of how grocery stores do it [and Walmart]) Unlike grocery stores and Walmart, they then ignore all complaints hoping the customers will just give up with time and write it off as a loss. Consumer fraud is what this is commonly called. I would suggest a personal visit to their warehouse to confront whoever answers the door. Insist on the contact information of the person who devised the business model, probably the business owner or CEO, and then share it with the rest of us. This kind of criminal needs to be put out of business and then punished by the law appropriately. My loss is less than $200 so I'm not going to have a significantly altered future as a result but right is right and this is not right. They have now done business across state lines which leaves the consequences of their actions up to the federal government. Wait for the day the feds come knocking. I did purchase a bike on Walmart's website(. Order #3301875-705032) The bike has not lasted even a year and fell apart. When I tried to reach out to Walmart, they told me that I actually purchased it from an outfit called  POWER IN CLOUD INC. Walmart just provided a selling platform for this shady company. All my attempts to talk to them failed. Their phone number has a mailbox that is always full. And none cares to discuss the warranty on the bike if I send them multiple emails. The question now is not so much for this mysterious Power Cloud Inc but for Walmart itself. How in the world Walmart provides their website for such crooked sleazy outfits as Power in Cloud Inc. I specially went to Walmart's website because of its reputation. But Walmart is peddling its reputation allowing some shady characters to sell junk on its website.

This review is not about this specific product, nor Walmart, it’s about the marketplace supplier Power In Cloud; I ordered the Sideboard Buffet Dinning cabinet on 9/18/2018 through Walmart.com, item arrived on 9/26/2018. The box condition looks very poor. After open the box, I realize almost every piece of the board has crack, dent, or scratch; also, it missing two pieces of board, and almost all of the accessories such nuts and screws, legs, door hinges… It is OK to accept a return item, but they have to do a completed quality check before put on resale. Immediately I contacted Walmart customer service, they submitted a claim to the supplier for me, also provided their phone# at California. I called their phone#, but all I got is voice mail, no live person to answer. I left voice mail, no one call me back anyway. Seems like their office is at an opposite time zone, they respond one e-mail a day, always at around 2AM midnight: 9/26 Night, they ask for a few photos, I send them right away; 9/27 Night, they ask if I can ship this item back (they provide shipping label), then send me a new one; I respond it can’t be done because it’s too heavy, with broken box, unless they can arrange pickup; 9/28 Night, they agree to arrange a pickup, ask if I agree; 9/29 Night, they ask if Monday or Tuesday will work; I respond only evening. 9/30 Night, they ask if Friday is good for pick up, I respond with suggestion of Thursday; No more response anymore. Walmart issue a full refund to me, but the pile of pieces lay in my dining room a week now, I have to pay waste company to take them away. I don’t know what to say, just be careful to stay away from this company. Walmart has to do better job to watch their marketplace supplier in order not to ruin their reputation.

I order A portable heater and it’s still not here I am really disappointing on this company I never had problems in the past now I do have problems with these guys, they are saying we will have your heater out soon and I ordered it on December 7 and it’s still not here, and there excuses are we will have it out ASAP. This company will take your money, they have a number but the number is disconnected or no longer in service

I bought a table and it was missing half the pieces. I tried to get a hold of someone to see if i could get the pieces. But the contsct info is fake. So it took walmart 3 weeks to give me.my refund back. Never buy from them

Got my broken violin yesterday. Left a message on phone. Extremely pissed! Talked to Walmart, they should be ASHAMED at doing business with this sorry company. If they won't even answer a phone call or email they shouldn't even be allowed to be in business. So, without talking to anyone I am returning it to sender today. With insurance of course. These companies like to say you must wait for them to send you a return sticker lol. If I do that then they won't accept it because the return period will be passed. Reputable companies send a return sticker with the product. I'm sorry about reading all of your reviews because truthfully none of us deserve this kind of treatment. I only gave them a one star because they didn't have a zero star or a puke stinking company star. Blessings

I had second thoughts and tried to cancel my order. It wouldn't work. I tried calling, the number "is no longer in service". I chatted with Walmart, and they said they cancelled my order but it will take 48 hours for it to be updated. Hopefully it will all work. After reading these reviews, I am glad that I never got my order! What a sham!!! Walmart needs to take more action against those who sell under their website!

Ordered a Kuppet portable washing machine and received a massage pillow. I am absolutely livid. I have contacted walmart.com and am waiting on a return email from the seller which I'm doubtful will come based on other reviews of this company that I'm now seeing. This is absolutely ridiculous.

Walmart is no help in reaching the seller (Power in Cloud) or the manufacturer (Mecor). Every bit of locatable info does not work. Walmart has to know this, yet continues to sell the products.

The worst company ever. I purchased my Kuppet portable washing machine back in July from Walmart.com and last week I noticed a leak in the hose and it has water under it on the floor. I contacted Walmart.com about it, and I was given 2 customer service numbers one was for Amazon customer service and the other was non working number. I was so upset by the time I called Walmart.com back I was I didn’t want to speak to anyone but a supervisor. You can google this company and everything but nothing can be found. I then had a help ticket completed and today makes the 48 hour mark and nothing from the company yet. I want my money back for this washing machine and I will never purchase this brand again or from Walmart.com. Their customer service is horrible now and no one wants to transfer you to a supervisor and all the information they have for this company is some bs and they need to part ways with the third party company.
