I ordered a $500 couch through Walmart’s website with Power by Wear being the 3rd party seller. The company sent me an one ounce magnet! Then evaded making it right. I had to force Walmart into refunding my money. This “business” is a complete scam and should be shut down

Don't ship what they promised. Don't address customer issues. They just hope you will get fed up and go away. If they respond it is to lie about correcting the issue but don't. Shop at your own risk. Would have given them a five star if they had shipped my missing part.

Bad customer service. After two weeks of silence and a second email they finally responded to my complaint by offering a partial refund when I received only half an order. I declined their offer, wanting the full order or a full refund. They finally gave me a full refund. Too much effort for too little satisfaction. Don't buy from this seller. Walmart needs to drop them as a vendor.

Terrible - just terrible. You won't get a person or answering service at their number provided. Price advertised on WalMart.com as $249.99 with "Free Delivery". False advertisement. Shipping is actually $150. I was only ever able to speak to (multiple) Walmart Customer Service Representatives. They tried calling Power by Wear and never received an answer. So disappointing. Will NEVER do business with them again and I'm very disappointed Walmart would do business with a company that appears to be fraudulent. Google it. I couldn't find one decent review. I am seriously grateful I wasted hours trying to resolve the false advertisement before they took my money. ZERO stars or possibly -5 if that was possible. I've only ever written great reviews, but people should be informed before doing business with this company.

Horrible!!! Ordered items for Christmas on December 8 and not received them. Tried to contact Power byWear by email and phone call. No responses. Walmart should discontinue using them as they are unreliable. Walmart will not help us in getting our order. Horrible customer service!!!!

I would not purchase anything from this buyer I brought something paid my money an never gotten it I think they are scammers , when you reach out to them no answer I rate them as a zero

Ordered a patio set that was available at the time of purchase and told me that they no longer have it in stock and asked if I wouldn’t mind waiting a couple more weeks to receive it ..and wanted to send me a gift to say thank you for waiting but then I just received an email that my order has been partially shipped and they charge my credit card when all they are selling me as a tiny toy they will not respond to my emails now.
